Blows my mind that they haven't added a way to rename folders. The game has existed for over a decade how has this not been something the community has asked for

@v.thewayfarer thank you for showing these steps. Do you know is there's a way to move FROM a storage inventory's folder back to YOUR inventory all at once? Instead of moving things one by one back?

Yes!! The Transfer all button in the Storage inventory folder.
First open the storage box folder then hit transfer all arrow icon While folder is open. It should only Transfer whats in the open Folder.

I don't have PS4 however I would say
1. press the plus icon with the folder to create
2. To delete hold the (X) button to highlight the folder and L2 to drop it.

If you have equipment in a folder and right click it, there is an option to equip all in folder, which is great, but then how do you get it to go back into the folder when you unequip? :( unless that's an option its faster to not use folders
