Hey, thanks for the great video. 👍😊 Do you happen to know if the proxi alignment is a mandatory requirement for this to work? Or can I swap one parking module out with another directly? Thanks.
Because I had done a proxy alignment to remove the parking sensor functionality so I don't se the parking error every day, it was necessary to do a proxy alignment when adding the new module. I don't know if in your situation it will work without doing the alignment. But this is a procedure anybody with a computer and a few $$ can do. The cables you need are less than £20 and the software is £60 (or you can find it for free if you don't mind taking a risk). Before changing the module make sure the parking sensors are OK. If one sensor is dead, the parking assist will stop working.
hello, i have a question can l reprogram to put front sensors?
I dont know. If you dont have a harness going to the front bumper I would assume it is not possible.
I have a question, where can i find this part ?
@@Private_user19037 not sure where you can find it new. I bought used on ebay.
