Scott, crediting Trudeau is like praising an arsonist for not setting another fire.
He's certainly doing a better job than Poilievre these last few days at meeting the moment.
Loved Jordan's blessing and curse. Doug Ford is a magician. Hopefully that changes.

@@aldlconnolly And his job will remain that unless he proves he can meet the moment. He's proclaimed himself the Prime-Minister-in-Waiting and should be showing in moments such as this that he's capable of being a leader and a unifying figure.
But he can't help himself from making digs at Trudeau and the government. Are his criticisms wrong? Not necessarily. But is it the best time to keep throwing punches when the country is uniting behind the flag? I don't think so. And I think he'll pay a political price if he continues.
If his response to an existential threat to our economy and sovereignty is "Canada is broken and it's all Trudeau's fault" I don't think that's a message that is going to work in this moment outside of his rabid base who want to capitulate to Trump and become the 51st state. but they're a tiny minority of the country.

Everyone in Canada who was giving her shit owes Danielle Smith an apology. Looks like diplomacy and giving Trump what he’s asking for works after all. “Team Canada” looks pretty dumb today. Kinda crazy that all it took was Trump being elected to get Trudeau to do what he should’ve been doing for 10 years.

The Ontario election remains very boring, rivaled only by the LPC leadership. I appreciate Deb Huttons attempt at nudging Reid towards more dignified language. Dignity isnt a Liberal virtue though. I'm not an a.m. radio listener so haven't heard Debs show but wow she has an excellent radio voice.

Ontario it’s almost like it’s the only important part of Canada. When bc and Saskatchewan had elections there wasn’t a show everyday?
Maybe 20/30 years ago. I honestly just view Ontario as India or Bangladesh now. I was in Mississauga last year and it was pretty disgusting. Toronto was even worse. Won't be going back.
Their BC show Hotel Pacifico did go daily for their election though.
