April, may June, July and August bring you much reading pleasure!! Summer of Night sounds great! When I went on Libby to add it , I found out it was part 1 of a series! Children of the Night is the 2nd. 😮
I don't know why I haven't gotten to The Quiet Tenant yet - it sounds so good! Maybe I'll take it with me on vacation this summer - that's my kind of beach read.
Yay! I love your TBR videos. I read Murder Road, and it was very good. I also just finished Listen for the Lie By Amy Tinterra, and it is the perfect summer thriller.
Just finished One Perfect Couple because I had heard about it on your channel. While I liked parts of it as well as the beginning of the book, this book was just a disappointment for me. And I really liked other Ruth Ware books. I am going to try the other books like The Quiet Tenant! Looks really promising. Thanks for the recommendations!
The Drowning Woman is a very fun read!! Thanks for all your recommendations! I just finished The Girl in Seat 2A by Diana Wilkinson. That was pretty good.
If you have time to squeeze one more on your summer tbr, Didn’t Nobody Give a Shit What Happened to Carlotta follows a trans woman release from prison over 4th of July weekend in NYC. It gets very heavy (check trigger warnings!) and covers so many important topics but is also funny and hopeful. You will fall in love with Carlotta! I’m reading the authors other book Delicious Foods right now and it is also really good.

The Quiet Tennant, Murder Road, Drowning Woman and Night of Summer are now on my TBR. Thank you.
I hope they’re good!!

Instructions for a Heatwave
I’m old enough to remember the summer of 1976. I was 13. Sunburn 🥵 summer.
Ouch!! Sunburns are no fun!

Ooh these are making their way to my TBR as well. I've heard so much about The Quiet Tenant that I'm just a bit apprehensive to be let down!
I can understand that!
Looking forward to hearing your final thoughts on One Perfect Couple. I haven't read a Ruth Ware book in a while and I like the sound of this one ☺
Will do!
Diavola is a great summer read. Hanging out poolside at the Italian Villa with the creepy supernatural factor thrown in makes for a perfect combo.
Oooooo it really does sound like it's MEANT to be read in the summer!! This is making me excited!
Love Summer Of Night it’s Dan Simmons best. One of the best books I’ve ever read!
I just started it!
The Quiet Tenant...oy vey, brace yourself 😬 Chilling, absolutely chilling
It sounds incredible!

I haven't been doing them all that much lately and I kind of missing doing TBRs!! So glad to hear you liked Listen to the Lie!
I really want to try a Simone St. james this summer! I put a hold on the audio book for Murder Road but it might only get to me in fall
Oh man that's a long time to wait! I'd recommend trying out The Broken Girls by her. It was SO good!

I have The Quiet Tenant on audible and am looking forward to reading it. The Drowning Woman sounds great and I have added it to my list.
I just finished The Drowning Woman a couple of nights ago and really enjoyed it!

I just finished Drowning Woman last night and really liked it! I’ll have to check out the other one you mentioned!
Really hoping to read One Perfect Couple 🤗 Just wondering if you ever did your 15k giveaway!?
Haven’t done that yet! Totally forgot about it because I posted that like 3 years ago! Lol
I want to read one perfect couple too! ❤
I'm reading it now and it's fun! It takes about 100 pages before things pick up but it's getting excitign now!
The quiet tenant is really good!!! Its a tough read at times.
I think I’m going to love it!!

What’s a cobo? Interested
Kobo is barnes and nobles e-reader, like a Kindle.
Kobo is actually made by Rakuten. The Barnes & Noble ereader is a Nook!
Exactly!
I had to quit One Perfect Couple. It was so boring to me!
It only picks up at the 150 page mark! Bah!!!
Instructions for a heatwave was a very slow burn, wasn’t my fave from Maggie. Good story but very character driven
Okay this is good to know going into it
