I remember walking past the alleyway on the far side of my neighbours house, and I saw at least 50 ppl standing or sitting on chairs while they’re making shashliks. I felt so betrayed we weren’t invited, so we made shashliks without them, and we had both pork and beef. Take that.
I was gonna say that Charlie could have easily completed the worlds scariest haunted house thing, but then I remembered they could have just shown him a cockroach and he would be halfway across the universe in seconds

Not to sound tough, but when you've played a fair deal of horror games, you end up expecting jump scares at particular places. This was pretty obvious, since you're in an enclosed, small room, and there's only really one thing you can do after taking the item - and that's turning around. The game would definitely put me on edge though, it's a pretty well done game considering that it seems quite low budget

it felt like a normal ride in an elevator except you're going to the same floor as someone and the ride is unnecessarily long and there was also a really weird layer of sexual tension because of a naked man staring at you in the elevator . 12/10 would play again.

They had a perfectly good chance to feature a subtle creepy moment by just having the doll looking up at you, and then look away when you start looking in its direction, but instead they had to make it the most obnoxiously obvious thing ever "Look this is spooky! Be scared!"
Someone please find me an example of Charlie getting genuinely nervous, although I doubt such a ludicrous thing should exist. This game did, in fact, make me soil my trousers, and the fact that Charlie literally acted like it was a haunted house he'd gone through 20 times just gives me more respect for him.
Anyone can play a horror game or watch a horror movie and be completely unfazed. Just do what he does and talk literally nonstop and try to make puns. He does this in EVERY horror game and it takes you out of the game completely, making it boring.
The trick is to get your mind out of the game. Charlie is constantly interacting with chat, making jokes, playing in a bright room and not wearing headphones so he’s really not feeling the atmosphere of the game. Try playing a horror game with friends during the day. You won’t get scared. Ever.

It's actually extremely easier to play a horror game when you are essentially with another person or audience as you won't get nearly as immersed as a result he isn't experiencing nearly the same amount of fear factor. I will agree that newer horror games have been garbage but there have been a select few stand out games that rely on psychological aspects not just loud sounds.
It's always easy to laugh at all horror games while you're making jokes out of it for chat the entire time though. The vibe is definitely different sitting in a room alone with the lights out not talking to anyone.

I'm still laughing my butt off from that. It gets funnier the more you realize how pitiful it was. They had a perfectly good chance to feature a subtle creepy moment by just having the doll looking up at you, and then look away when you start looking in its direction, but instead they had to make it the most obnoxiously obvious thing ever "Look this is spooky! Be scared!"

Anyone can play a horror game or watch a horror movie and be completely unfazed. Just do what he does and talk literally nonstop and try to make puns. He does this in EVERY horror game and it takes you out of the game completely, making it boring.
The trick is to get your mind out of the game. Charlie is constantly interacting with chat, making jokes, playing in a bright room and not wearing headphones so he’s really not feeling the atmosphere of the game. Try playing a horror game with friends during the day. You won’t get scared. Ever.
@@alexd4566 Playing in a dark room doesn't always make a game actually scary. For me personally a game can be much scarier if it has sone context behind it.
Plot twist: Charlie really flinches but he makes it comedic so that he won’t be caught getting really scared.

Horror lately has been very cheap and troupey with how I overdone everything is so it’s not a surprise that he doesn’t like it. @@Buntod you can't tell what a person is when they LITTERALY display said persona online. It's actually extremely easier to play a horror game when you are essentially with another person or audience as you won't get nearly as immersed as a result he isn't experiencing nearly the same amount of fear factor. I will agree that newer horror games have been garbage but there have been a select few stand out games that rely on psychological aspects not just loud sounds.
