i think you need to realize how easy it is to reach 200 bpm as a kid. i remember back when i was like 10 years old i would go run as fast as i could and once i got really tired i would check my watch and would always be over 200+ bpm.
Dude same, while I was around 90% my mind was just thinking "Don't die at 99, don't die at 99", I honestly don't know how I managed to beat it without dying at 99%
I did some research, look at this: "Can you survive with a heart rate of 250?" "Episodes of rapid heart rate can last from a few minutes to several hours. A person with PSVT can have a heart rate as high as 250 beats per minute (bpm). A normal rate is between 60 and 100 bpm. PSVT can cause uncomfortable symptoms, but it's not usually life-threatening." We need to explain something here. Based on science, this wasnt the most dangerous, as he was much much younger. Age affects heart rate We can measure danger levels based on the maximum safe heart rate per age and how much they went over that. For example, at 15, your maximum heart rate is much higher than at 40. Its 220 and you subtract the age from it to get the value. So, now that we know that, we can calculate it on how much you crossed over your maximal heart rate based on age. The most ive seen was guitarherostyles actually. He even almost had a heart attack on god eater. So yeah, this video's clickbait and improper research. Guitar is 27. This kid in the video was like 10-15 AT most.
8:46 that reaction together with Green Day song on the background is amazing haha, if he will go for a music producing one day, I'll be happy to collaborate with him
GD really shows how the fear of failure can cause a panic attack (which leads to a heart attack) in its most extreme state seriously, you're getting a panic attack and yet you have to resist it while keeping focus on the thing you're doing, but in a way this is why i love playing XL levels but then you can help yourself by exercising because it actually lowers your heart rate in a long run, making you better at handling it when compared to an average couch potato

I've always had a genetically high heart rate, where my resting sits anywhere from 90-110, and this is known by my doctors too. There have been a few times playing this game in the 10 years I have where I genuinely feel like I was pushing 220, which I know isn't impossible. When I was put under heart rate monitors for gym class there was a few instances of 210, with a peak of 218 my seventh grade year. Funny enough with this gym class is that it was graded on heart rate and there was a leaderboard for who had the most "active" minutes, there was only a single day where I didn't come first. Also when I use an exercise bike at planet fitness (literally my only local gym), I stay around 180 on just a more casual biking pace.
This is one of the best gd video I ever watched it’s too good if you keep making these you’ve earned a sub and btw can u use your voice in shorts to? Alright bye.

This guy is insane. how did he even live like I actually had my heart rate at like 201 or 199 and I felt like I would have died how did he live? if I did that i would have probably passed out. GGs to him because he had a long run.
When I got to the last 10% of icdx for the first time 26k attempts in I literally felt like my chest was going to explode. It was easily the most nervous that ive ever been in my life. I ended up dying at 95. I died at the last ship 3 times, but by the fourth time i got there i wasnt even nervous haha.
Interestingly, I predict that my heart rate was only 80-90 when i beat glorious fortress as my first demon back in june. I wasn't feeling nervous at the drop. The level is about two minutes long, so i definitely had some good nerve control there.
