Some great ideas Tim. The one area I don't see a lot of information on is panel layout theory and concepts.
That is always a good discussion Derek and there is so much gray area in it so I'm going to do a "what's wrong with my panel layout" video based on what people say throughout the build portion. Feel free to critique the following video.

@@TimWilborne One thing I always found frustrating was the terminal strips across the bottom of the panel, especially deeper panels. When troubleshooting, kneeling on the floor and having to lean into the panel was sometimes on the verge of dangerous.
I agree. I like to run them vertically. This is the first panel that I have ever built with the intent of laying on its back with finally installed :)
Can you make a video on need of seperate instrument earthing and power earthing..
That is a question that comes up often, let me see what I can do.
Can you make a video on retrofitting old power flex drives (700) to 750 series in ladder logic? I’m new to industrial electrical work and been struggling with this at the mill I work at.
I thought they were similar but I haven't worked with many 7xx
