@@davinderlacehouse I actually followed this channel, mostly for writing and speaking. I got 8 in speaking. For reading, I just used the prep books and listening was very simple.
Para 2: Let me explain my situatuion. The problem started three months ago when my new roommate moved in. Before that, i was very much satisfied as my previous roommate was organized and tidy. My current roommate is extremely carefree and disorganized, making it intorable for me. I being a well organized and clean person, have to spend maximum time in cleaning and arranging things of the room which utilizes most my time that should be spent on my studies.

I wrote IELTS twice particularly in my speaking session I got 5 in my first test after that I usually vist your channel and gaining some strategy from there related to speak. Dear sir or madam
I am writing to let you know the living condition in your building is not conducive. The water pipes are damaged and my room is always flooded anytime I return from work.This keep happening and I had to draw your attention to this problem.
The problem started about 3months ago when I heard the pipes singing at night,at Dawn my kitchen was flooded. I felt It was because i left the window open,cause it rained at night. On my return from work ,that same day my entire house was soaked again. I called a plumber and he drew attention to the leaking hidden wall pipes underneath the sink.
I would appreciate if you can send a professional plumber to look at the pipes,since they are hidden and might require to wall to be destroyed for the pipes to be fixed.

Let me explain my situation, the problem started like three months ago when my new house mate moved in. He is an ardent smoker and he smokes all through the night thereby making it extremely difficult for me to sleep overnight as I can not sleep under such condition thereby making concentrating on my core assignment which is studying almost impossible

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express dissatisfaction with my current stay. Although the accommodation caters to all the needs, my roommate is causing enormous trouble making it almost impossible to study. I hope you would consider my problem.
My current roommate is inconsiderate and pays little heed to my working style. I am an early riser and end my day early too. However, my roommate prefers to stay up late and plays intolerably loud music all night, making it hard for me to get any little sleep. Moreover, I find it really challenging to concentrate on my studies as the disturbance has taken a severe toll on my health.
Would you kindly help me out in arranging for an alternate room? I am more of a silent person and prefer to share my room with someone alike. This would be of great aid to focus back on my studies.

I am writing to let you know that I am very unhappy with my stay at the campus. While the place in itself is quite cosy, my housemate has been a headache and it is becoming increasingly difficult to focus on my studies. I hope you will consider my request favourably.
Let me explain my situation. It all started about one month ago when the new student Kathy moved in. Prior to that, I was lucky to have the whole flat for myself. Kathy invites her friends to party almost every night and plays extremely loud music each time. Because of this, I go through a lot of trouble trying to do my homework or assignments.
Would you Kindly relocate me to a new flat where I will be able to enjoy quit times for the benefit of my studies. Alternatively, my housemate could be moved to another apartment. I do not have a specific preference for which part of the school accommodation I am in as long as it is peaceful and quiet.

Let me explain my situation. The issue started when my roommate first moved in three days ago. Prior to that everything was fine; I was living by myself in the room with no noises, room was clean, organized, and I used to get up early and go to bed early. My roommate have a bad habit of staying up late and he smokes inside the room making it almost impossible for me sleep at night and he pose a serious threat to my health just by being in the same room with him.

while all the samples below and the video is all about House mate ??? Should that be acceptable and aren't these two different things ?

My Last paragraph, where I am requesting goes like this..
May I request you to please consider transferring me or my room-mate to another room. I would be happy to be with someone who is quiter and more considerate of others. As they say, peace is invaluable, I don't mind with whom I stay as far as he is well behaved, amiable and brings peace to our co-existence.
You used two verbs together (please and consider) in your first sentence
Is please a verb?
