this is how my lobby ends in f1 game 90% of the time
It is how my shopping trips down Main Street end 50% of the time
I feel sorry for them both as they both had a chance to get the podium
Screw sainz lmao he cost checo a podium
@@lordtachanka2136 your not wrong, that was a stupid move from sainz
"WE'RE HEADING IN THE WALL"
Lol 😂😂😂
Im stealing this for when i play wreakfest
That's some kind of F1 24 career mode
The amount of people saying it was checos fault need to educate themselves a lil more
It wasn’t Sainz’s fault ether. Checo’s front right tire hits Sainz’s rear left causing the Ferrari to pull to the left.
Watch the video carefully, but the video from the F1 highlights, they are recording the race from the air and you can see there exactly what happened.
Sainz was following the racing line, which he was entitled to do as the car ahead. Checo drifted right trying to get slipstream from Chuck and push Sainz closer to the wall. He doesn’t deserve a penalty, but it was absolutely Checo’s fault.
As an Alonso fan, him up to sixth because of these 2 is a win for me 😂
Big time man, big time
Sainz is slowly moving left to put himself in a better line for the next corner and Checo does nothing to avoid the contact having the whole road at his left to do it.
Stupid
Sainz is not allowed to start moving left if Perez is there, regardless of the next corner. That said, Perez would have been smart to have moved slightly left as well, just in case this happened.
i agree, Checo is completely at fault
@@ferestrod3242u watch another race
Sainz was expecting perez to back off, but why would he? perez was basically right beside sainz before that corner, and he tried to join the racing line but completely ignored that fact that there is a redbull right beside him
Carlos veered left into Perez. Just when I thought checo would catch a break.
😂
Agreed and Perez has no space to avoid that collision 😂
Perez had a hold of his right rear tire so that pivoted his car to turn left
@@pault6243 checo had 2 car lengths to his left and he drifted right even more.
No you numbnuts, PEREZ veered right as well...
Don't just blame Carlos for it 🤬
Yearly Baku crash strikes again
It wasn’t Sainz’s fault. Checo’s front right tire hits Sainz’s rear left causing the Ferrari to pull to the left.
I watches the video from the highlights of the race, they are recording the race from the air, and there you can see exactly what happened.
Both drivers to blame. All their hard work in the race gone up in smoke
What the hell is the commentator saying?? That's not Leclerc in the crash. I can't stand this guy. He yells the same no matter what is happening.
He first says Sainz, then Leclerc, he made a mistake, shit happens.
About 10 or so seconds before that, he said it was Carlos Sainz. Somehow he went form being right to totally wrong. How did he manage that? 😂
I can’t stand him either. He always announces the action in the race as if Red Bull has already won.
Hush you.
Apologise to crofty
Sainz was already ahead ! Perez sore looser
They can talk it out it in their own language
Difficult to really tell from the camera angles, but looks to me like Sainz was slightly moving to the left, while Perez was slightly moving right. Honestly a case of both drivers not realizing that they're slowly drifting towards each other. I'd note that down as a racing incident.
No racing incident, it was a guidebook pit manoeuvre from the Police Academy. Perez was behind.
Sainz found himself on the outside for the next left turn. Instead conserving 3rd place on the podium his greediness to attack Charles payed off causing a collision.
@@TheSafariHunter Sainz did not cause the collision, it was a pit manoeuvre by Checo.
I just can't work out what actually happened..... We're they both so focused on getting into the slip stream that they went into each other?
Perez rightfully gets mad and Sainz is just casually like oh what happen..smh
Perez made a guidebook pit manoeuvre and he is nervous. Get that grandpa out of F1.
@@jukkao.parviainen8669 cry
Yo I was watching the race that was crazy
Carlos Sainz was totally irresponsible. He couldn't resist a second overtake by Sergio Perez.
For those saying that it was checo’s fault, you probably never even driven a regular vehicle. Sainz completely drifted to the left on to checo
regular driving laws are completely different that f1 rules lol
That WAS NOT the moment that won the GP for Oscar! He won it on his own abilities without anything factoring into it! Not sure on the accident, it was a huge movement of the car, almost like something broke. Carlos was wrong to attempt the outside of Charles, thats his real crime, if he had protected the corner better he would've had 3rd. Dumb move, and if it was all him for the hit then he really needs some big penalties, as it was totally unessecary, and unlike Carlos.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
F1 needs Crofty back in commentary asap. This guy's good but maybe for F2 races.
Alex>>>>>>
Or for Leclerc wins
Crofty sux, makes too many errors....
@@de1623this commentator just made an error lol
@@hanssioyt1838 slow clap......
Perez had the entire track open to the left. Nobody made sharp turns. I feel Perez should have given more space. Racing incident tho.
The next corner is a left. Way too early for Sainz to move. Case closed.
They crashed in Monaco also
Perez pit manoeuvred Sainz, so there is zero fault on Sainz’s side. Like from police guidebook.
@@jukkao.parviainen8669 This is totally different mate, Sainz turned left on a straight line into checo. Needs to be a race ban, a stupid move.
@@JDU29 Checo had 4 meters free on his left side….as shown in Jolyon Palmer’s analysis.
😂
Yeah I saw that. Both the rookies scored points today. Very well done.
This was all Carlos fault. Perez didn't have to move or he'll lose speed there was enough room for both cars. Sains moved left and made contact with Perez right tire.
Sainz straight up took checo out
I’m sure Sainz thought the was going straight, but you just have to look at the guy to realize that his eyes are set crooked in his head …
A game of chicken and neither flinched.
🤣
I think Perez just held his line, which he has every right to do, but it might have been smart of him to move left incase Sainz did start moving across as he did.
Sainz was at fault. Why should Perez move left when he's trying to catch Leclerc for 2nd? It's Sainz that should have stayed in his lane and go straight and if Perez overtook him, that's just clean driving. But Sainz just wanted to move over to the left knowing Perez is already there.
@@roger1613Perez must be so naive to drive like that cut in and leave no space for Sainz. Look how Perez’s front wheel went between Sainz’s front and back wheel before the contact.
@@roger1613 no, he doesn't have to at all, but it would have been smart to have anticipated that Sainz might have started moving left, as the straight kinks slightly left further up. But for sure I agree it's technically Sainz's fault.
@@LimMatt Watch the incident again. Take a look at how much Sainz moves left. If you were in Perez's seat, what would you be thinking? If Sainz had NOT moved left and kept going straight, there would be no crash. Simple as that.
@@jamiemb17 When they are driving at 200km/h, I don't think there is much chance to think or anticipate because the normal anticipation would be to keep the steering wheel straight on a straight track of the circuit. Also, take a look at Sky's review of it with Karun. You can see Sainz not only moves left (to the right most lane of the track) BUT he continues moving to the left that it's like he's going from 3rd lane to the 2nd lane (where Perez was). If Sainz had stayed on the 3rd lane, there would have been no crash cause Perez wasn't going to pit maneuver Sainz and if he did, it would be 100% Perez's fault.
At 0:06, clearly Sainz had bear left and was not slowing down hitting Perez. At that speed, Perez could not react timely to steer left to avoid the collision. Simply, Sainz merged into Perez’ line at high speed. Sainz is at fault.
Completely agree. Very unfair for Perez who deserved the podium.
@@InheritTheField Totally agree too.
Magnifique 😂
Sad for Sainz closing up too much on Leclerc instead of getting behind and secure 2-3
It was his fault, duh
@pabloisraelfernandezsanche551 Greedy Perez could have steered to the left instead of going forward. The cars just sucked into each other due to the slipstream.
Totally agree. This would not have happened if he did not try to get ahead of Charles. They could both have podium. Perez is an i….. he did not want to move one inch having clear view of the situation and caused Maclaren to overtake Red Bull in constructors championship.
Sainz wanted to cut Checo´s straight line, but that was not the way, so unprofessional, viva Checo !
I’ve figured out why neither of them is the top driver or the number one driver...
Am I the only one who couldn't understand what the fuck has happened?
Sainz turned left into checo
Watch the overhead and you can see Checo drift into Sainz and catch his rear tire causing the car to pivot.
Red Bull said I love you Ferrari 🐎 🐃
In f1 24 Sainz would have been airborne lmao
Sainz sukses untuk menutup perez dari lecrerc
Sainz used the Verstappen tecnique
I feel Sainz went left in Perez
It was a guidebook example from Perez how to make pit manoeuvre. He must been a police in his previous life. Get him finally out from RB.
Sainz didn't leave him room it was a straight line he knew Perez had the slip stream and was gaining on him
They are both in fault in my opinion …racing incident
Sainz is slightly moving to left and Perez goes a little bit on the right to get the tow from leclerc without giving attention to sainz who went left
sainz didnt check his mirrors, perez didnt move right? what r u on about, i put this 51% sainz
Where did carlos think he was going?
Redbull is done with the cost cap
I don't think they can bring any upgrades for Austin
The Plan B from Ferrari… destroy Perez … protect Leclerc 🤣🤣
sılayı çok seviyorum ona ölürüm
Both of them were drifting towards eachother to gather as much space as possible. Unfortunate situation but they are both to blame, this shouldn't be happening at this level. They had a chance to battle it out for 2 laps and they tripped each other on the first straight line
Sainz couldn’t handle the pressure. Very irresponsible of him.
Sainz was in the wrong here.
Sainz was ahead and have the right to defend his position, he was doing it from far away and Checo did not give a sh1 t having so much room to move. Checo is going worse and worse every single race
Looks like Sainz had some sort of suspension damage, steering rod broken, as it was out of his control. He even countersteered.
I'm really amazed at how people can blame Sainz for this one. He was just defending his position, his move was 100% allowed by the rules and Pérez wasn't more than half a car's length next to the side of Sainz.
+ why on Earth did Pérez not avoid the contact by turning left??? He had one and a half car width of space to avoid contact and he had the DRS anyway, he would've passed Sainz even by going left.
This is just some absolutely shocking awareness from Pérez's side and that's purely dangerous for any driver racing next to him. Sainz was just defending his place by compromising Pérez's line, that's not illegal whatsoever. 100% on Pérez on that one.
And what's even more shocking is that, instead of going left and keep a podium to salvage his absolutely godawful season (istg even Kvyat did better back in the days), he preferred to play it reckless (I don't even think he was looking at Sainz at that point) and score a big bold 0 while his team's already struggling big time for points. I really wanna know what was the logic behind what he did. Just freaking avoid the contact, no? Then maybe you can complain and get Sainz penalized
Both probably blinded by the sun and as it's a matter of millimeters in this sport, this happened
sorry, Sainz turn to left .....his big fault.
I agree. He might have ruined Checo's career with that move
Clueless Palmer said it's Checo's fault like what?

How did that happen? Doesnt even look like sainz turned in

Look at white stripes. Both were turning left, sainz just harder.
@@jamiemb17 In fact he didnt move. Both drivers didnt change trajectory since corner exit, they both followed Leclerc line and touch in the middle
Bro, the race barely started in America. This is the first thing I saw when I opened up TH-cam. Maybe wait a little longer before posting shit like this so you don’t ruin it for everyone else
I dont know where you are. But I am in Cent time and the race has been over for half an hour.
@@glenchapman3899 my point is, I just turned on the race start watching and I checked out TH-cam and that was the first thing I saw. Yeah I know the race is over, but in America, it’s eight in the morning. I’m not getting up at six to watch the race so yeah, I’m just starting the race now.

Carlo's fault
They should sanction him in the next race
Done on purpose
2 number 2's doing #2 things.
And where was the RB #1, I wonder? 🤔🤔
Also doing #1 things even BEHIND a Mercedes? 🫢
Well..MCL is the faster car..at least RB is out of the equation now..theres another chance for Ferrari tho..in Singapore and in Las Vegas..Ferrari might catch RB in WCC
Sainz should be penalised. I'm not even a Checo fan and he should be penalised
I’m sorry for Carlos ,Perez didn’t leave enough space 😢
there was no space? Or Carlos drove as if Perez wasn't there?
Carlos is moving left. You can see it in the lane lines. It is not that clear from this angle but the helicopter view shows how Sainz crashed into Pérez, not the other way around.
Something is wrong with your vision.

iam so happy and over the moon that red bull is falling apart after the pain that they and verstappen put almost every f1 fan through and the fact that red bull will lose alot of money for this crashin which comes out of the team budget that gets spend on developing the car and buying new upgrades to make the car faster and more reliable lol
Are you okay? I don't think it's good for any team to be in that situation, and with RedBull there were even some very good races despite their dominance, for example Las Vegas, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Singapore, etc.
Well, in that case, I wouldn't want to be an employee at Mercedes if I meet you in a dark alley... 😳🫣
This is all on Perez ......upset he lost place down to 4th with failed passing attempt and he saw Sainz moving over and decided to hold the line. At the end they both lost a shot at the podium and team points.
