i feel like I say this on every video recently, but your content/videos are so refreshing and are so relaxing for me. it’s nice to come home at the end of the day to watch such wholesome videos from you, and I stay rewatching old ones just to get that same feeling/energy. your videos lately have especially inspired me to read more, (I used to read multiple books week, sometimes a day) for years, then it slowly became just one or two books a month. so now I’ve been not only reading more books, but also reading your suggestions, and retracing old books I’ve already read for the nostalgia and because I’ve forgotten about all the great books that have brought me so much joy, and I’m glad I still own them all. you’ve also inspired me to take more walks around my neighborhood and adventure more to cool little spots I’ve never even known about until I searched around. i even chill at those spots when I want some space, because it’s so peaceful, and they are good places to go when i need to escape. one more thing, you’ve also inspired me to start eating healthier as well, and i’ve even made some of your recipes, which are phenomenal by the way. you just motivate me to do better, and be better, and be healthier, and you genuinely radiate so much love. i can genuinely say i’m so much happier. so thank you my love. been watching you for what seems like forever now, and i will never stop! love you bb 🥺🌱💕

i also am not a big fan of squash but i make a butternut squash risotto that is SUPER tasty! i'll just make risotto and make sure to add lots of lemon juice/zest (plus rosemary and whatever other seasonings you want) and then i'll mash up roasted butternut squash and mix it in until it's creamy
