  • My homemade fruit caviar pearls is simple og easy for you to make. They are a beautiful decoration idea for both food and cakes and it tastes great!You have to try my fruit caviar recipe - they are really fun to make. Bring your kids into the kitchen - they will love making these fruit caviar. You can really surprise everyone with these beautiful "taste bombs". It´s molecular gastronomy.
    You can make the Caviar with just the taste you like best or that suits the cake or food you have made. How about making them with a little spice and soy, and using it as an accompaniment to meat or salad?
    I also show you in my video, how to make Mocha Caviar - they taste super good for a cake with white chocolate. The oil I use for my fake Caviar is a rasp oil. You should put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours so it is sufficiently cold.
    I hope you have a fun day in the kitchen making Fake Caviar.
    💖💖Thank you so much for support me and watching my video👍
    Lot of love from Susanne❤️😉

      Ναι, μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε ηλιέλαιο Το λάδι πρέπει να είναι στην κατάψυξη για τουλάχιστον 3 ώρες πριν το χρησιμοποιήσετε. Θα πρέπει να είναι σχεδόν παγωμένο και παχύρρευστο όταν ρίχνετε το λάδι στο ποτήρι. Όταν σταγόνες τζελ πέφτουν στο παγωμένο λάδι, παγώνουν πριν χτυπήσουν στον πάτο, έτσι τα σφαιρίδια του τζελ γίνονται εντελώς στρογγυλά.

    Is the oil cold ? That wasn't clear to me to understand.

    • @CakeAcake_
      @CakeAcake_  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Hi Jami❤️
      You start by putting your oil in the freezer for 3-4 hours
      Then you make the taste you want and when it has cooled down to hand-warm you fill the ice-cold oil in a glass and drip your taste into it. You can have your caviar left in the fridge in the glass with oil until you need them
      Love Susanne❤️🤩

    • @SamBrickell
      @SamBrickell ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The oil itself has to be cold with this method because you are basically using the oil to quickly cool off the little drops. (Think of it as making something like jello except instead of cooling the jello off for an hour gradually it has to happen before the sphere gets to the bottom of the container.)
