Useful video, thanks. You should also recommend to avoid installing Fans beneath a lighting fixture as the light beams get intercepted by the movement of Fan blades. A wiring demo for the Regulator also could be helpful.

I saw an earth (green) wire from the pole in your connection but I didn't see you connecting it to the mortor. and which is the safety wire. Moreover, can you put up a video as how to connect the speed regulator to this fan. Thanks
