Hi Brother another great stick shave! I got my Palmolive Stick from John Chalmers 😊 I like it and it's easy to use, the small is one of those that a lot of people like but isn't a hit. Have a great weekend, Brother 😊 🤜💥🤛
Thnx Sig, had to pay up for Palmolive in the tube.Hurried up to finish wouldn’t prefer to revisit. Getting ready to use some TOBS sandalwood in stick. We’ll see. I have more soap than years to use it. 👍
Thanks, Buddy! The scent not for everyone. The TOBS is a great scent, though. Not included in this series as in exceeds the $10 limit. Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend! 🤙 #WAD
I have heard it said that the Palmolive shave stick does everything that a shaving soap needs to do. I like the clean scent of it. I love the form factor and presentation. It really is perfect for travel use. All of that being said, it is a budjet priced large scale consumer product. I do find it to be a bit drying. I also find that it benefits from a good slick pre-shave. When production was halted in the UK, I went online and purchased 24 of them from Germany. I am set for life on shave sticks. LOL. I did not realize how long one of these lasts in routine usage. They last a long, long time. Face lathering with a tallow based shave stick is very efficient.
Thanks, Buddy! I'd agree! It's a really nice stick! Yeah it dries out the skin a wee bit, but as I always use a regime of post shave products it's not a problem. A Nivea Men creme and you're good to go. Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend! 🤙 #WAD
@@charlesgreenwald3210 Thanks, Buddy!! The EJ DE89's are great shavers!! The Tuesday shave will be a first shave with the new Alpha Shaving Spirit AC razor👌 Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend!! 🤙 #WAD
Great shave buddy, I have never tried Palmolive in stick form. I love it in the tube, it’s a great scent and great lather. Have a good weekend Atb Paul
Thanks, Buddy! I agree! The tube cream is one the best for me, too! I also use it on all my badger knots. Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend! 🤙 #WAD
Such a pity the Palmolive shave stick has been discontinued, I don't think I used the stick but have used the cream. Tobin's "Fact or Fiction" episode on the DE89/R89 was great and well researched, personally I prefer the DE89. Great looking shave though. Have an awesome weekend brother👌😎👌WAD🤟
Great Sig! I've never tried the stick and it sounds like that might be a chore. I'm fine with the cream, like the pleasant scent, and it's one of the better of the cheap soaps. It did just occur to me that I'll have to check if Barbus comes in a shave stick. Not that I'm looking for shave sticks or anything, but it is another old school brand. It should be a fun time watching you and Tobin doing a shave together! I can't wait! Take care!
Thanks, Brother! I don't think that he does. His pricing would also be a bit beyond the $10 limit, as his prices on the creams are to the expensive side (3 or 4 times the price of the Palmolive) Looking forward to the W/E shave with Tobin! Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend! 🤙 #WAD
Hey sig awesome shaves as always my friend yea I have the pomolive shave stick I do pretty good with them they do sell the cremo shave sticks on the internet I’m thinking of getting the coconut mango
Thanks, Brother! I can't find the Cremo stick on line. Maybe it's a Geo-locked offering. I'd like a classic more to have for the time to come. Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend! 🤙 #WAD
Great shave Brother! Love the new gear for July, EJ makes nice razors. Never tried the Palmolive stuff, but I’d like to. Sadly, it’s yet another thing that’s been discontinued. Never fails right? Haha! Have a great weekend Brother!💈🤘🏻 #WAD
@@Lobstik Thanks, Brother!! Yes, Typical! All the good stuff gets discontinued! The creams are still available and they are mighty good, imho. Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend!! 🤙 #WAD
Too bad the Palmolive shave stick went out of production before I could try it. And the price gouging is ridiculous. But I prefer Palmolive shave creams anyway. The price is reasonable and I find creams much easier for face-lathering.
Thanks, Buddy! It's a great stick, but so is the cream, imho. The cream is one one my favorite creams. Thanks for watching! Have a great weekend! 🤙 #WAD
#1. I have never used a Palmolive Classic shave stick but I think that I have Palmolive Lime Cream from India. It inexplicably vanished. Very strange poltergeist like experience 😮. #2. I have never used a plisson brush/knot or visimet blade. This appears to be my completely lost in the wilderness episode.
Thanks, Brother! The Palmolive products are very very fine. nicely scented and plenty slick! The Plisson knot is used in a lot of budget friendly brushes, Razorock, Fine, Stirling, Maggards and so on. JJ Shaves uses it in all his brushes, now (I mean the brushes in his collection).
