you ask for spoilers but i'll just give the tldr (the ancient civilization is the reason terran had originium and doctor original mission is to infect all of terra)
This is the end of babel, the assasination of theresa that we knew of back in W event, in the beginning of the event it is revealed that the doctor doesn't actually have an amnesia, its revealed that their memories were intentionally erased by someone, this whole event is the doctor trying to uncover their past through amiya, we now know what drives the doctor's to join babel with kaltsit, its to research further regarding originium and retrieving the ark that babel uses as their base of operation, we also know the reason behind doctors betrayal, its to turn terra into a big originium crystal so that they can revive their civilization that were wiped during the first catastrophe using originium property, in this case their goals are at odds with both theresis and theresa, where theresis wanted to use the originium as a source of power, and theresa wanting to cure originium, at the end of this the doctor's were left with two choices, either let their 10.000 years of effort go to waste just to save the life of terrans, or to betray babel and those close to him just to have a chance to revive his civilization. and this video is their answer.
