The creeks across the top of Australia including NQ have had a great flush and bodes well for future barra fishing. They were catching them off the beaches here on lures. Paticularly vibes and other soft plastics. Spectacular scenery I could see myself soaking under one of those small waterfalls and I love tight creeks for challenging fishing it tests your skills as an angler.😁🎣👍🤙
The rain from Queensland to W.A over this wet season has been great and well deserved in some places. The Barra fishing will be great for some time in many places bloody awesome. Wyndham is a hard place to live but the country is next level over the wet. Upcoming vlogs will show more of the country and escarpments around here with good fishing at the same time. It a special place this town has to offer keen anglers

Im sure one day Carney and I will meet and personally I can’t wait to meet the guy. What he does for the community and shoutouts are amazing. If I was ever lucky enough to be asked to fish with the legend I would jump on it, reckon we would have a few laughs and some good yarns for sure.

Great fish in a tough environment. Might have to do some work on the drag on that reel mate. Also nice drone footage of the dam spilling, I've been over that road a couple of times but a long time ago and it was very hot and dusty both times. Nice video!
Haha yep the reals are buggered 😂 but I finally got new one today yeahhhhhhh looking food editing and not listening to them scream at me 🤣. It’s a totally different look durian the wet season awesome.

Did a bit of land based fishing up the King River between 96-97. Best Barra was 16kg. Some big crocs in that river too! Good times! 😊
16kg is a great Barra. Yeah definitely some big crocs in the king for sure. You would have seen a lot of change back then to now. I believe the town of Wyndham was in a better shape then and to what is now, which is really sad.

Yeah mate some places here are rediculassy crowded such as sampan/tommy cut creek.. easily 300 + trailers most days this time of year. We avoid that and mostly fish the Billabong s ... Kakadu. Very scenic and if timed right can produce alot of fish in a session. Namely 4mile (wildman) and alligator (south alligator) . Epic bush camping/ fishing...
