We Discovered a HIDDEN Fishing Hole!!!

- While flying the drone, we spotted a really nice, hidden fishing hole. We had to jump a levee and got stuck a couple of times, but it was a great day! WE were catching bass, sacalait, perch, and even a choupique or 2. Of course we saw some gators! Got some good footage of a huge one!

The Woman 👠 should try to make her own channel, she's quite beautiful ❤️❤️
Like Clothing Haul or like something similar 😉
Many years ago, my Dad and I were tipped off to a place where you'd have to cross over the Atchafalaya River, to a small cut in the opposite side bank that lead to a sand bar about 75 yards long. On the other side of the sand bar was a good section of the Basin that was rarely accessed. It was common for us to fish there and catch 50 - 75 Sac-a-Lait, nice ones, in a day and mostly never saw another boat. In order to cross the sand bar, my Dad welded up a carriage with two of those wide inflatable tires...he mounted a salvaged seat belt from a car to cinch the carriage to the bottom of the boat. It was best to be in an average sized aluminum boat and have at least 3 people with you to get the boat across. We would position the carriage underneath and get the balance just right; one on each side and one at the front and away we'd go...boogy-ing across that sand bar to re-launch on the other side. It was consistent and some of the best fishing we ever did...we went there at least 4 or 5 times.
That was great fishing. Lots of fun.
another good 1 as usual🔪🐡🔥🍽🍺
Cute family unit!! Love y’all’s vids!! Late-uh!

Makin me want to pack up the jonboat and go catfishin!
So glad this dad grabbed the camera & took a leap. I miss home & these videos capture my Louisiana so perfectly
Brings back memories of fishing crooked slough at the Savanna Army Depot off of the Mississippi in Northern Illinois. Our freezer at home was always full of croppies. There was no limit in those days back in the 50’s and early 60’s before I had to leave home for the service. We would fill a couple of 5-gallon buckets some days. Dad would stop off and give them away sometimes. Those people were sure happy!
That beautiful Louisiana sky !
Great family fun always
Now that's the way to do it! catch, clean and fry the same day! Don't get any better than that!
It's nice to do it all in the same day, but that's ALOT of work for Keith lol all that catching, cleaning and cooking 😁

There is still some pretty good fishing around there. Thanks buddy! 🎣
Awesome areas to fish.
The marsh looks like you're sittin in a boat on a field😂 Groovy❇🐝
Nice fishing spot good jump
It was a cool spot. We haven't made it back there yet
Thinking about coming down to have some fun
Nice catch
Now Dat be some good eating!! Fish fry looked good . And by the way Evel Knievel don’t have nothing on you 😂 Enjoy watching your videos.
Hard to beat fried fish right out the water. Thank you!🎣
You have a nice channel that was a nice jump. Thank You
Thanks buddy! That was definitely a memorable trip. Gonna try to make it back to that spot soon. 🐊
No way on earth I would ever ride through those Lilly pads unless you know for sure nothing like a log is under them. It does look like you know your way around though. Nice video and nice secret spot although a little hard to get to😂. It’s great when you can get the whole family interested in fishing.
I know my way around enough to get my butt in trouble. 😂😂😂 Not to worried about the logs, the motor can handle those. It's was a nice treat finding a hidden little spot to catch a few fish and getting to enjoy it with the family. Thanks buddy! 🎣🎣🎣🐊🐊🐊
@5:45 Nice crappie!
Awesome jump!
Love it
Just found your channel…. Great vids. Heading to lake Charles tomorrow…
Thanks buddy! 🐊
Pretty cool dude.
Good eatin!!!!!!!
LOL hi yall. Yeah another refugee from Peters channel BTW that Nutra Boil looked so good.
Love this ❤👍🏻💪🏼
i was taught that throwing fish back causes them to go into shock . They put then back by hand and pulled them slowly backwards filling the gills with the river water until they swim on there own. Never thought about it until you threw that backflip fish .
I'd have done what you did if i hadn't been taught.
Looks like good eats 😋
Bo you had tooo much fun doing that 10:09
Your fish fries got my belly thinkn my throat s been cut..oooweee!.
Love it. I took a river trip for 20 days down the sabine river as a kid. Bout 1985. We found a little pond one day and caught a bunch of shakale. Whats the difference from crappie ir is it the same fush. They were about 2 pounds . Fat. Been so long i cant remember uf uts the same fush. Love your channel. Wish i was back down there.
We call them sac-a-lait down where I'm from. Some people call them crappie and white perch. A bunch of different names for the same fish but they are great to eat. Thanks buddy! 🎣🎣🎣
