Hi, You can do it precisely in 99,9% of the times, just looking where the cursor is. I'm playing like this all the time, really barely messing something up. Your suggestion is good, but not the fastest.
I prefer "instant with range indicator" and think it is always better because it works identically to the instant but you can hold the button to show range indication ... the 0,01s time save is not worth it in my opinion, same way not using auto-casting commands is not worth the "potnetial dps up" becasue you can always use "come here / attack" (F7/F6) to manage the invurnability attacks ...
