I recently acquired T920DW myself and I do not understand why it does not recognize Tray 1, by default, when MP tray is not in use and has no paper in MP. It doesn't start printing and it keeps me asking to manually setting the type of tray, the type of paper, etc. Any solution ?

PRINTER po namin ayaw gumana ng MP TRAY, Printer Brother MFC T920DW . kahit po maayos ang pagkakalagay ng bond paper, at tama ang setting, ayaw pa rin po magprint
. ayaw po humigop ng MP try. ano po kaya mainam na gawin? maraming salamat po

check mo yung rubber na umiipit sa pappel likod ng printer

He did that to me too. The paper must be well inserted inside, touch the rubber rollers and preferably be a few pages not a single page in MP tray
