I have Brother DCP J-125 inkjet all in printer, i did not print for 4-5 months in lock down so ink head was dry and jammed so i tried to clean head by using printer auto clean utility, now black and red half color printing but now ink absorber tank is full error is showing. and can you send some one ot help me to do it at home. bcz servce centra told to replace head and absorber which is very costly.
Thank you good video give good knowledge. I have a brother dcp165c printer and the service center could not remove the fault that is code 73 and returns back say model to old etc. I open the printer by following you steps and found lot black ink spread and not reach upto head input and ink absorb box is full I clean it too now after cleaning i find ink observed box spounge is in squeeze form kindly guide me further and how to pump out air from ink pipes. Kindly give your reply as my printer is in open state

Hello, I have a DCP j4110dw, the problem is that when I plug it in the home button stays on, the home button stays on (white) and the LCD lights are on too, but very light gray, almost white ... sir my brother printer cannot print at first,so i washed the head and fix back but gone worse ,it move left to right but cannot go right left and get lock to the down sucksen ,itried so many times cannot find what is the fault or fix it can sir help to fix it.

I have brother t300 and facing horizontal lines both in black and color printing. All ink patches are ok in print quality option but whenever i print even after all ink cleaning process, same issue of horizontal lines, there are 3 to 4 lines are there on every page, cutting words into two portions. Is it a issue related to ink quality? I have bought ink from Amazon i think its not genuine.

The reason I gave 4 stars for tech support (which I don't think this would classify as tech support) is because once you turn the printer on, it does require a little bit of start up time which may bother some who are in a hurry to quickly print something. To offset that though the printer prints very quickly. I would definitely purchase this printer again.
