He paid a huge price for Mr Olympia and it was his pain tolerance that is his true gift. my grandfather could tell that my brother had really good leg genetics when he was a baby, matter of fact my brother has some of the best quad genetics, he got a sweep while he never trained em and don't train em because they would be too big, i guess ronnie was just a very buff baby xd

The peak shape of the Mr.O competitors is right around 4-5%,but that's the absolute minimum a male can get
For women it's 8-9% higher,around 12-13%

Skinfold calipers are notoriously inaccurate beyond a low enough BF%. Nowadays you can get a dexascan for a precise reading.

Mr Coleman, I respect you. Ever since I started lifting weights in 2019 you’ve been my inspiration. I was 21 in 2019 180 lbs all natural to this day now I am 240 squatting 600. Seeing how far you got naturally made me want to push myself and see if I can do that too I’m currently 26. Hopefully I can get to meet you one day and we get a workout in. YEAH BUDDY!!
