In the discussion on mampazha pachadi for new year your son says only 5 tastes are there thuvarppu example not there..i had different views which i am just sharing..1 mango with skin should be used where the skin has the astringent thuvarppu...some say turmeric or kadugu(mustard) is astringent (thuvarppu).. in ligther vein , in your mothers own words when periava say manga pachadi has arusuvai its got to be there..we are too small to question ha ha...aarayama anubhavikanum haha
