@@xnabr7603 Well, now I'm almost full bolt on... Intercooler, catch can, oil cooler, charge pipes, dogbone mount, APR intake, downpipe.... Id say I'm about 6k in atm. I did a lot of the work myself though. Not all, but alot.
Bought a new S3 back in March. All black interior/exterior with red accents. Digital cockpit, upgraded seats, Audi resonator delete exhaust, magnetic ride, black optics package, 19" tires, red calipers and B&O stereo. The S3 is a beast.
Nice review. I love the S3. I’ve got a loaded A3 Quattro S-Line which gets the body kit from the S3. Less power from the smaller turbo but that’s easily fixed. Best thing is that with the 18 inch wheels the ride is much improved. Otherwise it is mostly the same. One of my favorite cars and a great daily driver.
Yo! I love the channel, and I've been viewing it for a while. No disrespect, but if you want your subscriber rate to climb faster, Capi is definitely the ticket! You're a very fortunate man bro!
yeah I’m looking at that Rsq3 2020 model lol, they are building a brand new Audi dealership right up the road from where I live, I couldn’t believe it wow lol
Will, thank you for reviewing the back seat throughly. This was a concern for me as my kids are getting older and me still wanting a fun “family” car. I think I found my choice.
Had my S3 delivered a couple of weeks ago. My comments after 800 kms.: - I agree, the magnetic ride in comfort mode is a let down. It's still quite firm on uneven roads - the rev counter goes straight to the red zone after a kick down. There is definitely a noticeable lag - luckily no squeaks or rattles in the cabin (like some others mentioned) - the up shifts are really smooth and instantaneous when you drive off - it really pulls in S-mode from a stand still (even without launch control). It feels solid in a straight line. - D-mode is excellent for cruising. The efficiency mode is very tame though, so I never use it.. - the brakes require a gentle approach, they grip immediately (especially when reversing) - love the B&O sound system, the SD card in the CD player with my personal music collection works great. Even TH-cam fragments sound great with ample bass and noise cancelling
That really is a stunning car.. great choice for a daily driver.. we need to chat about the transmission on the R8 2008 VS 2012..I know they made a change..
Hmm!....great info on the S3! One point about the EPB, don't let your rear pads get too low! EPB may not release, also when activated in extremely cold weather EPB lines may freeze causing a malfunction!
I like the idea of going along with you to pick up the new whip. The S3 is a nice ride, good looks, and performance. I'm 6'3 so good to know tall guys can fit comfortably.
I totally agree with u Will on the two issues. Actually mine twice on a turn rev and didn’t pick up speed, like as if it there was slip in gears, had it checked by dealer which turned out negative. Great video
Looks great Will! I loved my S3 too, but I gotta say the RS is a whole different animal. I wish you would have given yours more time to see if it grew on you as it broke in. Power delivery is definitely different but once the car learns your driving behavior it really wakes up, but oh well, glad you're happy now. Good choice with Navarra, that color really pops. But yeah man, small cars are the way. Nimble, fast, and not overstated.
Exact Same as mine fully loaded mate mine grey with all black Roof looks the bollocks drives 100% can see why they are so expensive build quality unbelievable proper cars extremely quick and smooth ride. RS3 which my friend has is a lot more rugged not for me. He also prefers S3
I was considering getting the S3 but went with the Golf R instead, because of hatch. The R is also better equipped for the money (which you’d expect with it being VW vs Audi)
My favorite car is the 2020 Bentley Continental GT W2 Edition in Charcoal Grey :) Also the reason why Audi does the acceleration hampering when turning is to prevent people from what is known as kicking out the rear of the car. This is to prevent people from doing that in rain and snow times mostly, Many new cars are also following suit, hampering acceleration while turning, Benz & Bentleys are known for this. Ford mustangs are notorious for this. Mustangs love love love to kick out the rear, and it has caused too many accidents. 1969 Chevy Camaro Super Sport (which I still own) love to do that as well, they are also known for this. As well as Dodge Ram trucks. I sold my Mustang, because that car scared the crap out of me several times, specifically for this reason among a few others.. As far as road bumps & bump shock, get after market shocks and springs and sway-bars. I do that to all my cars. Also, dont over inflate your tires. Also Audi did not copy the door light logo from mustang, they copied it from Bentley. it was mostly done on luxury vehicles, then regular cars started to implement it. Bentley was the first vehicle that did that, then the Phantom, then Benz copied them, then BMW and so on. Mustang was late to come up with that.

I have a 2018 Ara Blue Crystal Effect with a Stage ll APR tune with a downpipe. I also thought about the RS3 but the deals were not as good as the S3. Yeah I also got the sports seats for $1400 extra and was really pissed that it does not have power. The stock seats have power. I now have almost 400hp and over 400 ft lbs torque. So about equal to an RS3. I do consistent 0-60 runs in 3.7 seconds on bad roads. I know it will go faster on the track. Stiff suspension on the bad roads here in the North East. My next car is the Tesla Model Y Performance.

Hey Will! I was or possibly still looking at either an RS 3 for that 5 cylinder engine or settle for their S3 with that so common 2.0T instead? A performance map on the S3 bringing it to 300hp would be manditory! Also, I hear the rear seats don't fold down? (You failed to mention if they do or don't?) Those manual sport seats kinda lost me, and the power reduction out of corners almost qualifies as a deal breaker for a Sports sedan? Beautiful car overall though!👍 Why you keep buying the same car is another story I'm sure.😁
If you got an s3 you would be getting a great car. The rs3 has that same issue but it feels more laggy. I think rs3 is too laggy for a daily driver. It’s like an all or nothing car. But it’s dope
@@WillMotivation Thx Will. That makes sense. I'm in the NYC area mostly. The RS3 is more purposeful/focused, niched. Basically, it's "all or nothing". It's happiest being driven fast. Which could actually be a problem in the tri-state. Back roads is where it shines. City driving, not so much. Got it. The S3 is more broad. It covers all the bases better. @@WillMotivation I think the BO package is a must with the S3/RS3. I think 10-20mm wheel spacers are needed to keep the stance from looking like an A3. The Resonator delete is a must have option, as is the Tech Package with the Virtual Cockpit and B&O sound. There's some cabin squeaks and rattles that shouldn't be in an Audi but since it's based on the A3, it's not surprising. I only get about 15mpg city, and I don't drive very aggressively. I easily get over 30mpg highway though. I opted for the Magma Red power seats, but they don't go as low as the Sport seats and there's no driver memory. Even with the Magna-Ride, Comfort mode is still too stiff with bumps, but too soft with hard cornering. The sunshade creeps open a few inches while driving. The subwoofer rattles the entire rear of the car. I can't wait to change the brake pads. The dust is ridiculous. The driver's seat seems to be tilted to the left a bit. I think I'll have the dealer shim up the left side a tad. The touch to lock on the door handle is unreliable and the key fob detection is weak. I wish the S3 Sportback was available in the US. The sedan looks great, but there's almost no cargo space. Even though this is Audi's smallest car in the US, I feel it drives a bit bigger than it is, not smaller. I bought my S3 because I fell into a deal that priced it close to a Golf-R, which is what I was originally going to get, but I doubt I'll buy another one. I might check out a Model 3 Performance next.
The delay I am referring to is an extra long delay when turning the steering wheel from a dead stop and trying to then accelerate fast. It’s much worse than if you’re just going straight.
I want to get this car but I’m reading the new s3 will be announced soon that will have a complete interior refresh so might as well wait. But at the same time could probably find one of these a lot cheaper.

Actually I agree with most everything you said.
appreciate you man.
I dig the intro music.👍🏾
Anyone able to help me out. The panoramic sunroof, looks small. How far back does it actually go.
It’s kind of small yes.
Will Motivation Thanks for that mate 👍
Good review, waiting for this since you got the car, the horsepower seems a bit lower than the car in europe.
Loving this car
Cool review. the audis have a small turbo delay when then the acceleration is pressed i have the same delay with my 4.0 t
Mike lease could be a good option. I did a two year lease on mine.
Keep up the positive work brother. No disrespect, I forwarded this video to Capi and put it on mute nice eye candy !
