He is the best guitar player of all time
hes great, but not the greatest. there are many better than him
@Mari-nm9kl It's a subjective declaration any way you cut it. There is no measurable way to define the "greatest guitarist". To the OP, Gilmour is the greatest guitarist ever. To you Gilmour is not the greatest guitarist ever. Both statements are true and valid at the same time.
@@alb639 Bro Hendrix is better, Page is better, Van Halen is better, Beck is better, Clapton is better. Those are the facts.
@@PitchSkullBlack Nah its a fact
@@Mari-nm9kl if technical proficiency is what you're looking for then I'm sure your local polyphia enjoyer is better - but when you think of breadth of discography, impact and legacy no one touches DG
No matter how much you hail him, he remains underrated
This man’s passion is unleashed through his music..❤
When I first heard him play, I was enchanted and taken to a place I didn't think existed. He's brilliant, unique, and hasn't truly received all the accolades he so deserves. I adore him.❤
The most underrated guitarist ever
I feel he is rated fairly. Most consider him one of the greatest guitar players ever.
He is widely rated as one of the best guitarists of all time if not the best. Don’t call him underrated just bcz ur friends group don’t know him
I'd add Steve Hackett to that list too, underrated...
@@ashiqiqbal4385 huh?
If anything, he's underrated. There is no guitar player who can create sounds so entrancing.
I think he’s one of the few guitarists who are fairly evaluated. He’s not underrated, not overrated, but he has been given due respect.
You listen to guitarists but you consume David Gilmour. His music gets in to your soul.
One of the best musicians of all time. All Time
Overrated no chance,he is brilliant. Coming back to life solo and comfortably numb are the best solo guitar moments in music.🎸🙏
Have you even heard ECHOES?
@@gbsailing9436 yes brilliant. 👍
@@MrG77 Plenty of solos in that. Try also "Poles Apart"...
@@gbsailing9436 yes I have thanks , The Dark Side, Division Bell and Wish you were Here and the Wall all have amazing solos. He is a guitar god in my eyes for sure.🙏
@@MrG77 😇
Dios que bárbaro,es un monstruo,el mejor de todos los tiempos
My late brother's ringtone was that final guitar solo in "Comfortably Numb." He said it was his favorite guitar solo of all time. Mine too. I miss you, big bro. 💔
He doesn’t overdo it. He’s never overdone it. He puts feel first, never tries to show off. And still, he’s one of what we refer to as the greatest.
Also...very handsome 😍
