YUMMMM! Made these this morning to go with an egg dish and they were soooo delicious! I used TJ's gluten-free baking mix, Italian herbs, & A2 Full fat yogurt. I added just 1/2tsp iodized sea salt to the dry ingredients instead of on top, and subbed a sprinkle of additional herbs with the olive oil. Baked them @ 400°F for 30min. OMG! Made 4 large rounds and they're perfect! TY TY TY❤️👍👏
Omg..I just tried this with a mix of oat, almond, arrowroot flour and coconut yogurt and turned out soooooo yummy, even my husband who is not a fan of my gf backing ate 4 of them Thanks so so much for the recipe, great as a savoury biscuit for my toddler too (mine turned out tinner but still great)
@samiraadams6980 to be honest I eyeballs it to 2 fuuul tablespoons of coconut yogurt, then about 3 -4full tablespoons of oat flour,1 full tablespoons of almond flour, and 1 of arrowroot, if too thick I thin it with some almond milk until ok..that's it,rest of it exactly as video explains it
That is a good idea! Even little mini pizzas could be good! I was thinking if I spend them out and freeze them like that, whether my daughter would take the trouble to stick them in the oven when needed to have a quick piece of bread..
I’ve been off gluten, yeast, sugar, processed foods, oils (except for olive, avocado or coconut oil) during my cancer diagnosis/treatment, and trying to find recipes that don’t involve those things is a bit of a challenge. This has got to be the easiest and simplest way to make gluten free flatbread, I’ve been searching and searching, and finally found one that I love! ❤
No, it is is a leavening agent and helps the bread to rise but it isn’t yeast or like yeast, which is a live organism. It is a chemical leavening agent and reacts in the mixture to form a gas, which causes the bread to rise.
Made them and they taste horrible LOL I used Trader Joe's GF flour (it's a 1:1). Followed the recipe and they aren't crispy at all and they taste... well, just weird. I was really hoping to like them!
She made her own gluten free flour mix and you can use gentler words when giving feedback. Selma, i’ve made this and even it’s not perfect I wouldn’t blame your recipe because there are many other reasons.
I would like to suggest omitting the rosemary. My family despises it when I make focaccia with rosemary. It has a very distinct flavor profile and is very prominent in bread. I compare it to cilantro, which I also love. The comparison is because cilantro also has a very prominent unique flavor that you instantly recognize. I am super excited about making a batch of these for myself.

Doesn’t baking powder count as yeast too?

Miammmm
Doesn't it say it takes five minutes but bakes for twenty-five? I'm confused
5 minutes to preparation time.
