So today we're doing something different - we're gonna watch the TIDAL Rising documentary of The Warning! ⚡Let me know what other documentaries or behind the scenes videos I should watch. Whether it be The Warning or any other band. I'd like to make this a cozy little watching zone for us to enjoy together. 🙂🎵

"Sibling magic" Indeed. Rock -n- roll magic.
There's a bunch of bands I love. I don't think any of them let their fans get to know them as well as The Warning has.
They are very open with their fans,
Yes, all six parts of "Mayday In The Making" are well worth the watch. "Mayday" is the EP that preceded the album "Error". All of the songs on "Mayday" are also on "Error". I believe the release of "Error" was delayed because of Covid so they put some of the songs from that on "Mayday" and released it because The Warning Army was hungry for some new music.
DPA/TW parents, Luis and Monica, were both professionals in their career.
Luis was an engineer and Monica was in dentistry.
The story is that dad sold his Harley to finance building TW Cave and to offset instrument costs initially.
I’m sure DPA’s lessons and other things were a financial drain to some extent on the family but by all accounts the family was middle to upper middle class so it was obviously do-able for them.
They did receive some sponsorships for instruments/equipment as they progressed to help out as well as fans gifting instruments to them.
The outdoor performance where Dany was wearing the red pants was at their school and was an audition for a 5 week summer program at Berklee College of Music.
They appeared on the Ellen Show prior to going and were each presented $10,000 by Ellen and Target to attend. They did vlogs while attending to track their progress.
Mayday in the making is a good documentary that captures the time frame they were making the Mayday EP which ultimately became their 3rd album Error. It’s a broader look at the band and them going from an independent band to being signed by a US label and what that entails.
They have 20+ vlogs, interviews and behind the scenes content on their TH-cam channel as they are probably one of the best documented bands out there today.
u should do the Ali Hagendorf interview with The Warning, if u thought 20min flew by, well the Ali Hagendorf interview i believe is an hour
Mayday in the making is the other one that's a good inside look. These ladies are awesome I enjoy these videos it's always fun to watch with reactors to get their take of this video. Thanks for doing this Nikki loved your intro glad you kept it in.
Agreed, along with the Allison Hagendorf interview. With those three, I think you really get a good insight into the band.
@@scottinokc yes Allison does a great interview with them it's my favorite.
Mayday in the Making is a 6 part series that dives into the Error Album and how they got signed to Lava/Republic Records watch them all together very informative. Pau has this way about her that she dominates any room she’s in. They just released Hell You Call A Dream Live at the Pepsi Center CDMX. An amazing performance with top quality video and audio
The concert at their school is *Live at Liceo de Monterrey, June 2015,* here on their channel. They had just recorded their EP, *Escape the Mind,* and they were on their way to Berklee College of Music in Boston a few weeks later, for a Summer session. That concert was a bit of an audition for Ale and Pau, who were too young, and had to be qualified. All their recordings are worth an eventual listen *21st Century Blood* is amazing. They still play some songs from that album live. The Tidal Rising video never gets old... I've seen it five or six times, now. The Warning were lucky. Mom is a dentist and Dad is a civil engineer who once ran a recording studio, so they had money to "boot" this band. Now it is a full time job running a touring band! It's so great they all do it as a family.
Dad also sold his Harley to build their studio in the basement.
aka The Warning Cave
Not all parents would be that supportive.
TWA doesn't mind the length of content, we'll still show up for The Warning content. The Allison Hagendorf interview is about an hour long and I've watched that one several times alone and from reactors.
we'll also show up for 2 hour long full concerts, too! 😜😹
We've even killed over an hour watching Pau baking cakes so...
New people to her channel won't stay for this but who knows?
@@lonelywind3511 😂
Time goes so fast when you listen to them !!
And yes, I think a lot of us would be interested in watching you reaxcting to Mayday in the making !
It's a 5 or 6 episodes video telling the genesis of the EP Mayday, released as a stand alone a few years ago, and which finally ended being included in the third album Error
and thats why TWA is SO invested, those three are So normal,,, guarantee that TWA WILL be here with you
The crowd you were wondering if they were friends was a performance at their school the whole thing is on their channel under Liceo.
Lol your the first to point out Pau's hand mannerisms, I see it everytime. Dany even does it some.
I recommend the Vlog 23 about the making of QOTMS because it is less official you get to see them enter act like sisters not professional musicians. only covers chapters 1&2 of the album so you are clear of any spoilers.
Just a FYI: That show was to be able to send a video to The Berkeley School of Music in Boston, to highlight the girls skills, just to see if they would consider allowing them to attend. Pau and Ale were to young to attend, but after seeing the performance, they waved the age requirement.
So in 2021 they released half the Error album as an EP called Mayday. There is a six part documentary - each part is about five minutes - about how they made that EP called "Mayday in the Making."
Monica and Luis are the most fantastic parents ever!!! Their only failure was not exposing Pau to Tito Puente and Carlos Santana!!! LOL 🤪🤣 That look on her face is priceless!
Lol
Yep - it never seems like it's been 20 minutes. The Warning has one of the most documented histories. Pretty much their entire careers, so far, are online, for everyone to see. I see 'Mayday in trhe Making' requested, a lot. It's a great series to watch. If I remember correctly, there are 6 short videos. Can't wait for more Weekends With The Warning, 😆
They're just so awsome. You can't help but love them and route for them.
Right?! 😁
Don't ever worry about people showing up to watch a The Warning documentary, TWA will always show up to watch reactors learn more about these three talented, powerhouse performers and the amazing story of their origins. "Mayday In The Making" is a 6 part documentary, but I guarantee if you do it all in one reaction TWA will show up to watch with our drinks and snacks.
Mayday in the making is a great watch , highly recommended
Loved your reaction! This is just a great documentary. Nothing like hearing it directly from these talented ladies. I hope someone will update this as The Warning continues to evolve.
Thanks, Nikki. These types of videos really help create a strong bond between the band and their fans.
Yeah, I really do love the behind the scenes videos. ☺️ Thank you for watching! 💛
At the MTV VMAs they were the only band to get both songs correct on the first take. The MTV stage manager said, "Holy shit! You are amazing. I'm now a fan."
Tomorrow on Sunday The Warning plays live at the Vive Latino.
It can be streamed free of charge.
Support the ladys. 🤟
How do you stream it?
And at what time is it?
Thank you
I hope the filter allows it.
Via amazon prime or on twitch amazonmusic. After 17:25 local time. expect delay 😉
or filter-friendly:
Jeff's Bookshop after 17:25.
Ooh awesome! I'll have to check that out. Thank you!
@@nikkireviews I was told only if you have Amazon prime but I don't know if it's true
Their parents asked of they were serious. They said yes, so they made the commitment. Purchase instruments and lessons. They only requested that they give it 6 months. This is the result. Their parents did not push them into doing it. They just gave up hem the opportunity to succeed. You may want to see the Allison Hagendorf interview. She really got them to open up about the band and the writing process.
I have watched it several times, but it has been a pleasure to watch it again with you.
When they were doing that Spanish track in the studio. The gentleman on the couch with Pau, is David Bendeth, the producer for the Error album. The lady in the background with her head cut off is their mother, Monica (Mony) The Gentleman singing is Rudy Joffroy their manager.
Mayday in the making,,, A Must Watch.... You will Love it... other reactors have streamed all 6 segments back to back with no problem.... these 6 will give You even more inspiring views to these Ladies and their Family... Cheers !! Hope You get a chance to see !!!
This was cool thank you Nikki 🤘⚡️🤘
Thank you for watching! ☺️
Music is the language… I will follow the church of The Warning always…. Amen!
Great choice young lady!
Thank you ☺️
!!!The Warning = 100% 🔥¡¡¡ Greetings from Argentina
Paulina is the heartbeat of the group. Her energy is so infectious. They are all so confident and mature. It's hard for me to ever recall a more unified, tighter band. And I go back into the 60s. I've seen them all. These girls are different. They are a close family. They live together. Played together. Went to school together. They have grown up to evolve into this incredible Rock Machine. They are my Angels of Rock. 🎶💕🎶
Nikki, we watched Pau bake a cake for an hour. Seriously.
and also Dany to pack handwritten lyrics for the patrons for an hour or the three of them to play video games for longer and more than once.🤣😍
Haha where did she do this at?
@@nikkireviews She did a livestream a few years ago from their kitchen at home. The cake did not turn out well. She does not have the same skill in the kitchen as on the drum kit.
During an interview, they were asked what they would be doing if they weren't in a band. Ale said she didn't know. Pau immediately told her she would be a super model and Ale responded, I'm not tall enough. She's the tallest.
Gracias por el video. Saludos
"Backstage Tuesdays" (or enter another day) sounds decent to me. They have so many Recorded Live streams as a group and individually, plus Behind the scenes & After Movies, that you can go a couple of years with once a week watch parties. Nikki + The Warning, PJ's, Popcorn, and your favorite refreshment. I'm already there!
Did you catch Dany in the studio wearing a blue Narwhal outfit? They all got dressed up for Halloween when they was in NJ recording ERROR. That was Dany's outfit. Man she can crack me up!
Thank you for taking the time to watch this and learn more about TW. There are many other videos available that show other aspects of their lives. There's a short, I believe, 5 episode series, around 5 minutes each that goes into the making of that third album. There is also an interview from 2023 that's really special but an hour long that's the best I've seen as well. It's with an interviewer named Allison Hagendorf. So many behind the scenes videos of them on tour in Mexico, the U.S. and Europe that are funny, informative and heart warming. Never afraid of being filmed without makeup, hair in curlers or Pau washing her hair in a parking lot with with a bottle of water! These young women are the most down to earth rock stars that I've ever seen. And in the last 4 weeks they have released 3 new songs from their new album Keep Me Fed that drops on 6/28. The songs are S!CK, Que Mas Quieres and Hell You Call A Dream which actually has two versions. The original Lyric video and then a live version that for me is the most powerful, most intensely emotional TW song I've ever heard. Ale's bass, Pau's drumming, Dany's guitar and especially her vocals are insane. Just in case you're interested in viewing it, here it is: th-cam.com/video/s6b_FgQnXL8/w-d-xo.html 🤘🏽
I also recommend Mayday in the Making parts 1-6. Each part is only 5 minutes long so you can split them up the way you want. Great reaction.
🤘⚠️nice ⚠️🤘
Thank you for doing this reaction. I really enjoyed watching this again with you. I look forward to watching Mayday in the Making again with you. 🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥
Thank you for supporting the girls Nikki !
TWA🤘🏻❤️⚡️
Of course! ❤️⚡
The first music was an EP Escape the Mind. First full length album was XXI Century Blood. Second was QOTMS. Mayday EP, Error and next will be Keep Me Fed.
❤️❤️🤘🏻🤘🏻
i def enjoyed hanging out watching the whole thing with you, thanks for sharing!!
Thanks for watching! ☺️
At the end of this documentary is their song “Martirio”. That one is all in Spanish and I don’t understand the language, but the music is quite beautiful. I think it is one to check out, even if you don’t do a reaction video to it. The music video is also beautiful. Or really anything that The Warning does. I love this band.
❤ ❤ ❤
❤️😁
I watch these girls do interview 's in Spanish and I have no idea what they're saying. I don't speak Spanish.. But I watch , it's weird I guess.. 🤘🎶✌️
I love these documentaries and behind the scenes videos, you really get to see what wonderful people they are!
Yeah! It really helps to get to know the artist better.
From their first EP, Escape the mind, I especially highlight the song Fade away. Quite a statement of intent at that age and the first kick in the mouth to the haters (who were already out there with their bullshit) before Narcisista.
The Warning fans will watch whole concerts if you put them up . . . Do them in parts . .
They do talk so maturely . We forget they started so young .
Nice reaction . Till the next time take care.
Bye from NZ . 🍷💐🇳🇿🤟
Excellent my friend!!!!!!!!!
Thank you! 💛
Escape the Mind is touching, sweet but also very very good, especially for their ages.
We're here for these with you, we never tire of this stuff. Perhaps, before the six-part 'Mayday in the Making' doc., I think the two jnspirarltional TED-X TALK videos would be fascinating for you, they're each about 18 minutes long from 2016 and 2017. You'd luv them and you'll learn so much about them, - they are 'must watch'.
👊💙⚡️
I just subscribed because of this video. Proud member of The Warning Army
Welcome in! ☺️
Had to replay the opening again ,NO NO NO ..But YES!!That was adorable, lol!!
Yes there first release was Escape The Mind an EP..But no physical copy is available of it.Than XXI Century Blood.Qotms. Error(there also is an ep MAYDAY with the first songs released from the total Error LP).And now Keep Me Fed Due out June 28th.
You're definitely going to love Mayday in the Making as it is more studio focused. It's also just fantastic. Really enjoyed this Nikki. Time did fly by!
There are also other documentaries, some in great depth, and many many 100s of hours of vlogs. Maybe after another 20-30 hours of The Warning you'll watch some of those. You'd be surprised but people also like watching along with those, me included.
The Warning!! 🔥 🤘
It is cool watching rockstars in the making.
The last song, Martirio is EPIC
I've seen this documentary a few times with other reaction channels. Still watch it whenever someone reacts to it. Ale was the shortest and tallest person in the band.
Check out VLOGs #23 to #26 where they talk about the making of Queen of the Murder Scene album.
Nikki, thank you for this, wanted a Docu for them, this hit the spot
Awesome! Thank YOU for watching! 💛☺️
Warning fans watch hour videos ..lol
Hehe that's awesome 😁
@@nikkireviews Us long-time fans have followed their journey and all their videos since before they became known ( in my case 11 years ) and nothing gives us more pleasure than seeing others experience our journey while we watch it.
Nice job, Nikki. Thanks for posting this.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Aloha Nikki, one small suggestion...please pause the video whenever you make a comment, because your voice drowns out the audio of the video. 2 cents...
Yes really enjoyed watching this along with you.Mayday In The Making is 6 episodes avg. around 5 mins a piece they fly by pretty quickly.
Their are 2 hours shows that TWA has watched numerous times. If you announce a live in where you will be watching any of those shows, TWA will be there. Just let us know. And yes, Mayday In The Making is a good one. Do them individually or a couple at the time. Thanks for your attention to The Warning.
Excellent 🤘
Love these videos. Looking forward to Mayday in the making.
TBH, I'd be up for seeing Ale play a harp.
All the best bass players use their fingers. They also did 2 Ted X shows at the U of Nevada. Very informative.
Hey Nikki, yeah we're watching. Mayday in the making but also TWs own vlogs are great.
OH! You haven't heard Martirio? You gotta do that one. EIther the official video or Teatro Metro. It makes me tear up every time and I can't understand one word they are saying!
Yes, the fans will show up if you watch even very long content if it has The Warning - the time does fly by
When I drive a manual transmission, my left foot is obviously clutch, right foot brake. If I drive an automatic, my left foot is break. I get what Ale is saying.
❤❤❤❤❤
Watch all 6 parts of Mayday in the Making. They are only 5 minutes each. Split them up into multiple videos if you think the reaction video would be too long. I put it off for a while and after watching it I regretted waiting so long.
❤
You should check out her video playing that Taylor Swift song. It's incredible and super cute
Hi. You need to check out The Warnings XX1 CENTURY BLOOD Official video 6 years ago. And The Warning TEDx University of Nevada 7 years ago.
♥♥♥ TW
❤️❤️
Mayday in the Making will answer your questions. Parts 1-6 will go by just as fast. Do all six!
I think there’s more parts to this documentary
I watched and yes seems shorter than the 20 mins.
🤘🏻🤘🏻
I see a lot of similarities with "Dewolf" th-cam.com/video/5pyonk1lLkE/w-d-xo.html
A trio that started playing in their early teens.
Please watch Tedx Talks.Thank You!
They did a Ted Talk? 🤔
2016 ,and the 2017 is the one that hooked me. (of course ,please watch the whole thing, Talks and music. Some people don't get that it's a Talk) WELCOME, Thank You!!!
Please, please, please.....when you make a comment, hit the pause, because you talk over what they are saying, and you miss soooooo much. We want you to get the full experience of the girls being themselves. We won't get mad if you pause. Trust me.
