- The guys head back out to Mojave to get Juan's newly-cammed 107" Road Glide Standard back on the dyno to put some real numbers behind the new cam upgrade on the M8. Is it enough to compete with Lance's Stock 117" CVO. We're about to find out!

That blade is a contoured razor scraper. Used for nosings by steps.and flooring etc... or woodworkers or flr guys
And from what some say that new screaming eagle wedge filter is doing real good and yes I know I know it’s Harley but it does seem to be working better than a lot of aftermarket rite now

Personally I tune with Dynojet Powervision. I'm easily getting 110+ hp out of the 107's with that cam and similar grinds. And getting great fuel mileage to boot with the targets I set. Powervision also allows you to make your throttle live and hit the rev limiter, not shut the throttle down at redline. I'm the performance engine builder and dyno guy at Prestige Custom Cycles in NY.

I stopped in to the 2lanelife shop a few weeks ago. Juan was pulling it the same time. I always feel weird bugging TH-cam folks when they are working. I did pick up a couple pairs of Gloves though. Can't wait until it's finally warm enough back here in WI to try them out.

Definitely can't wait for a grand opening party. Depending on when that happens, I might plan my cannonball run from NYC to Redondo Beach to stop in. 2800 miles in hopefully sub 38 hours🤘🏻

Blockhead does/did sth similar on his channel with his bike. All kind of combos of different parts and tunes put to the test on a Dyno ✌🏽

Plenty left in that 107 Juan! I just had a CR480MT cam put in with decatted pipe with VH slip ons and SE filter with a Dynojet powervision tune and pulled 110hp and 125ft. 😁😁😁all day!

He ain't lying about the fuel pumps. We always try and find pumps that have dedicated "recreational" pump.
The tuning stuff is great but I’m all in for the Hat content. Juan chose right with the pastrami burger and you chose right with the pastrami sandwich. There’s a Hat right by my In laws, I get it every time we come over from AZ.

Don't delay the inevitable Juan. Just get it dyno tuned. I have a 117 dyno tuned with a star 3030, injectors and throttle body dynoed at 119hp and 133tq. Happy New Year!

I'm using the Dynojet and have done a few auto tunes. I'm running a Woods wm8-22xe in my 107 with Vance and Hines x pipe and a big sucker intake. I haven't had mine on a dyno yet but the bike seems to run fine. Maybe I'll take it to Bloody Knuckles and see how it compares to your 107. I also want to see how the tuner is doing as compared to a dyno tune. Oh I'm also running the wide range O2 sensor kit from Dynojet.

great work fellas. Kinda scary how lean the fuelpak runs! To autotune bike /weather has gotta be hot. ....lack of o2 sensors is likely messing it up also. Keep up the great work...congrats on 10 yrs!!!
Juan , I have a Sportglide 107 with the RedShift 468 cam and I am putting down 124.9 ft lb of torque , And if you think you're cam has a Nice Chop you should hear a 107 with the 468 cam in it .
And For "Something New" I would like Juan to Engineer a Pullback Riser that's Fully Adjustable 6 or 9 inch or 10 inch With a Single tool or Fixed threaded Knob or Lever required to move the Degree of Pullback on the Riser that's not Exorbitantly Expensive.

For less than $200, that’s some cheap HP!
The 2hp/tq drop is likely density altitude. Density altitude is way over looked when dynoing and tuning bikes. DENSITY ALTITUDE my boys! You’ll get it there 💪

I have a 30/30 cam in my 117, I used the power vision for the tuner, I think it works pretty good, it definitely takes some of the guess work out it

Get rid of that tuner and have the bike properly dyno tuned.

The gauge you can do a dual 02 hardwired in is an aeroforce interceptor. It can show 2 readouts at a time.
I had one in my last car for stuff like that.

I'm running a ss475 cam in my 107 with a tabs 50cal s zombie baffles and tabs head pipe, I'm pulling 107 up and 117.5 torque. I need to change out the baffles I got a torgue dip around 2500. I bet after a good tune you'll be close to 115 hp
