I love your videos! I'm 47 years old and have always felt I had to have this "bad b*tch" persona just to survive but it was never me. It was so forced. Since watching your videos, I've tapped into who I truly feel I was meant to be. Feminine, soft, and I carry myself differently. I have a story: There's a woman at my work who I've always admired. So feminine, powerful, delicate and strong all at the same time. She carries herself so elegantly, when she walks in a room, everyone takes notice. I was telling a friend that her elegant feminine energy is what I strive to have. He said, that's weird you say that, because that's actually how I see you and how a lot of us see you."

Ah that's such a cool story!! That's how you know your feminine energy is naturally your dominant energy ❤️

I have been seeing all your content. I totally change myself into feminine energy, the way is long still. I learn how to aloud myself to relax, how to be kind and gentle to myself. I wish you write a book, because I would read everyday what you have said. Many woman needs to know that we are value and theres no need to find validation on the otherones. Thank you for all the knowledge and kindness you bring to us. I always listen your videos more than twice to perfectly understand the topic video. God bless you, thank you so much from deep down in my heart.

The last tip really hit me differently, and it made sense. In my house, my grandmother was very feminine, and she used to do all the housework. My mother is not feminine, the way she looked at my grandmother and hence the way I looked at her was through a lens of pity and judgement... As if she was being tortured into staying home and that she wasn't courageous enough to " fight back ". But because of videos like yours, and actually trying to cook a meal for my loved ones, I've realised that it isn't even close to being torture! I'm slowly shifting my judgemental way of seeing feminine women, and understanding your advice is the first step to doing that !
    Thank you Jills ❤️

    Amazing as usual....
I have recently come across the idea of feminine and masculine, and i have been observing and following certain women, and how everyone is approaching it, it's more about your appearance but less about how u feel in your body, as u told it is an energy, but losing your self in the process is completely delusional..
I always had that child like innocence and happy energy around me,, but since long i have came across certain people who had taken advantage of my being... So now a days i am really scared to open up and just be the person who i used to be, and not have to try for being me..
    Great video❤️❤️❤️

I'm glad you mentioned the toxic male role models that made us feel unsafe. It really resonates with my experience and even having PCOS... I believe if we feel unsafe, if we feel like we cannot trust half the population on this planet (men) we will sway away from our femenine. We will feel too stressed to procreate thus the lack of ovulation. I really love the advice you gave in a video about healing ourselves by trying to be more fertile. Helping our body balance the hormones. And I feel like a lot of the healing I need to do is emotional. I just didn't really know where to start. So truly I thank you for putting all this out there.

I'm absolutely in love with our (women) energy. Our intuition and learning how to truly feel it & trust it is sooo precious. Once I finally aligned with my feminine power(s) I literally started to fly haha

Hey! I ABSOLUTELY love your content. I binge watched every single one of your videos about feminine energy and i even wrote down notes in a notebook that i intend to keep to remind me what i need to focus and work on. I was wondering, would you mind doing a video about when and how you will know that you've tapped into your devine feminine energy and how it will affect you? Because i am so informed now with what i need to do to be my rough and real self, but how will i know that the feminine me is here, how will i know i have already tapped into my feminine? Thank you very much!

why i could not accept and embrace my femininity,I always think like why women have so much physically/mentally pain and struggle in society?from our poverty age till death we struggle so much with pain and pressure of everything like to manage family and household things(in India specially)why men have so much freedom and no pain at all ,why only women suffer alot ??
these questions make me feel soo miserable 😖

In the past it was difficult for me to really show and appreciate my femininity because it attracted men that I didn't want and because in conservative religion, being a woman is a huge liability.

I think this is rather confusing to labell it feminine and masculine because then I tend to equate it with male and female and then it becomes a gender thing. I think I would prefer to call these energies by another name.
