Nice Nathan Some are already getting use to their new warmer home I think pitangatuba rarely self pollinate from what I’ve heard, I got about 5 tiny fruit without a pollinator in the first year and the next with a pollinator next to it the fruit were much closer to actual size
I am going to have to pick up a second pitanga by the sounds of it, I remember watching a number of videos on it, and being really excited to test out this fruit in particular.
Great to see you come back Nathan. Been waiting i was wondering whether you were keeping to your original fig potting mixture up there since you are now in a vastly different climate. When i first saw video of your new property I thought no way you had the space to get all your trees planted out, but it seemed bigger this time round.
Now that I have moved I havent actually potted anything up. The mix that I used is quite expensive both in time and dollars being hand mixed with a lot of diffenent ingredients. As the pots scale up in size it becomes exponentially so. I am getting to the point where a number of plants are pushing the boundaries of their pots and will need to be potted up, and I am wondering whether I will take the easy route or will go out and continue to mix up big batches of custom soil mix.
Great progress on the garden mate 👍
Thank you :)

You can grow fruit trees on the curb in front of your house in brisbane
I have heard mixed reports, and might need to apply to council...
The plants are looking great. Did the figs lose their leaves over winter?
Most of them didn't, still a few weeks left, but getting warmer and sunnier so I'd be surprised at this point
