I keep seeing that these wraps are "all raw". The tortilla is cooked. ..this is not all raw.

Wow !! I love his. I'm 62and vegan and just started my raw food journey a few months ago. Tell me, for the seaweed wraps, how do you keep the seaweed from crumbling while using it as a wrap?

It depends on what kind you buy, the kind they use for sushi doesnt break apart and is wonderful for wrapping, I usually buy that kind on amazon... congratulations and good luck!!!
