The Bengals are slowly but surely getting closer to winning the Super Bowl. In 1982 they were only 5 points away from winning. In 1989 they were only 4 points away, and now, in 2022 they are only 3 points away. I'm confident that they'll finally win sometime around 2078.

Hats off to the Rams. Well deserving. Stafford spent so many years on a mediocre Lions team. LA finally got their Rams back a couple years ago that left in 1994. This was a feel good story.
The refs did everything possible.... The zebras we're focused they wouldn't stop until the Rams got a touchdown in the end zone. I watched Stafford for 12 years in Detroit, season tickets for 4 years, never thought he was the problem, unlike a lot of my friends. So proud of him , seeing him prove so many people wrong, and to do it in his first season out of Detroit. Unbelievable!
As a Packers fan I knew he was legit. He can be a bit reckless with the ball but his ability to power the ball down field makes him so dangerous, especially with Kupp, Woods, Obj, etc that act as versatile weapons to utilize his gunslinger ability. Deserved a ring 100%, he deserved it second to AD in my opinion, but that's just because he's literally the best defensive player of the 21st century and top 10 all time at this point. He singlehandedly ended that game for L.A. and it just made me so happy to see him emotionally expressing how much the win meant to him. But yeah Stafford has a powerful and accurate arm, and when he limits his bad quick decisions, he plays like a borderline top 5 QB. Good for him. Also, Chase is gonna be an all time great if him and Burrow stay healthy. He's a monster and he's already playing like a veteran. He's gonna be so hard to stop for years to come. (Hopefully)

All of those flags thrown at the end on the bengals were because they were on the goalline and they were doing everything they could to make sure the rams didn’t get in the end zone which resulted in obvious Pass interference. It was a great game and closer then I would of liked but to blame the refs is actually crazy.
This had to have been one of the greatest NFL seasons I have ever seen. Super unpredictable, multiple close games, prime time games living up to the hype, multiple OT games, players making history, Brady and Big Ben retiring (not that it's something to be happy about, just celebrating their careers), the Bengals winning their first playoff game in 33 years, Carr making his first playoff appearance after nearly a decade in the league, many playoff upsets, and a very unpredictable Super Bowl matchup (also Stafford finally winning in the playoffs and getting a ring). I'm sure I missed many other factors from this season that helped make it so special, but man I really loved this season from start to finish. Until next year!

What a Hollywood ending and a playoff run that will be in legends. The Rams went in playing their hearts out each game. We dominated the Cardinals, defeated Brady, won against our biggest rival in the nfc championship, and we played the Super bowl at our own stadium and won it. As for the players where do I even start. Stafford in one year with the rams won the super bowl, had the 3rd highest passing yards of this season, and got injured in the super bowl and never gave up. Kupp having the highest receiving and receptions in NFL wide receiver histor, being Super Bowl MVP, Triple Crown winner, and Offensive Player of the Year. Btw he did that in ONE season. Aaron Donald finally got his ring, had amazing stats this year, was a team leader for the defense, and is still in his prime. Whitworth went out with a colossal BANG. Fought his old team in the super bowl and won, performed amazingly, won man of the year. Van Jefferson had his kid on the day of the super bowl and won. He named his kid Champ. Taylor Rapp proposed to his girlfriend on the Super Bowl. Eric Weddle came back stronger than ever and won a ring with us. Von Miller helping our already godlike defense to be near impenetrable and he won his second ring. I could go on, but im so proud of this team and happy to be a Rams fan since 2016. Dude the rams had enough money to buy god if they wanted to, can you point me to the Hollywood storyline that goes something like “the rich successful kings son who inherited all this wealth got the girl and lived happily ever after.” What kind of a dumb story would that be. Definitely a season to remember! So many amazing games that came down to the wire, regular season and playoffs. Kickers really proved their worth time and time again in those tight games. It’s gonna be a long wait for next season to start :( can’t believe this one is already over it flew by
Most playoff games were out of a movie. This was one of the best Superbowls in the 21st century, and there have been so many great ones. We got the game we wanted, a close game with exciting plays, decent scoring but good defense, likeable teams and players, and a wonderful and suspenseful ending that had you glued to the screen. Sucks there was some weird ref ball/penalties, but I think the better team won. The Rams played better and were more deserving, (my best friend loves the Rams so I was rooting for them anyway) but I know the Bengals will be back. Great great game. I'm so happy for so many players on that team. 👏

Cooper Kupp had one of the best single seasons of all time by a wide receiver. Triple Crown winner, Offensive POY, continued to be very productive and clutch throughout the playoffs, and capped it off with Super Bowl MVP. Him and Stafford put the team on their back that last drive just like they did that last drive to beat the Bucs. Unreal.

That rams defense played damn near flawless that 2nd half. Think about how they got scored on that half, a CLEAR face mask on Ramsay that should’ve been called, and an INT thrown by their offense in their own territory and still only allowed a FG.
That’s so heart breaking for the Bengals. They had the ball, they had such a great shot. The Rams front 4 were too deadly. At least my 9ers got knocked off by the best team. Silver lining

As a Saints fan, I'm happy that Stafford, Donald, Odell, and Whitworth finally have a ring. The Bengals may have not won it all, but they should still be just as proud for exceeding so many expectations. If they draft a good offensive line, they will be almost unstoppable
I am beyond proud of my Bengals and am excited to see what the future holds for them. Especially if the Brown family opens the checkbook and gets Burrow the help on the OLine.

In the days leading to the game I got sick of reading about Stafford alleged "greatness". Now, when the QB of the SB champion is not even in the conversation for MVP, you know he did suck biiiig time. He was the same guy the Lions overpaid for, only the Rams are too loaded to need top notch QB play.
I would love to hear the explanation from those final play calls from the Bengals for what could of been the game winning/tie'ing drive. 3rd and 1 with a decision to run it up the gut to Aaron Donald?? I am also a Detroiter. When Stafford went back into the Cleveland game (2009) and threw the winning touchdown with a separated shoulder I became a believer and knew this day would come for him.
Since Mahomes became the starter the only years they didn’t go to the Super Bowl was when the Bengals beat them in overtime & and the patriots at the end of their dynasty.

i’ve been a bengals fan since i was 8 years old and i am so happy they went to the super bowl. yeah it sucks they lost that was their game but at least i got to see them in a super bowl and hoping for it this year too

I would half to agree except for one thing I saw while watching the game, The Rams might of cheated there way to victory, because if you saw the Rams wanting a flag and they never get it twice actually throughout the quarters and at the very final quarter, the Rams won only because of favoritism from the Referees and they aren’t allowed to do that, the 1st time one of the Cincinnati Bangles tried to knock it away and you’re allow to do that and they kept making the rams get closer and closer to the goal line and there wasn’t anything the defense Cincinnati could do. However other then that overall a good game!!

This might have been the craziest Super Bowl I’ve witnessed, not even the game, the house we were watching it at caught on fire mid game and the whole street had firefighters, it was crazy.
I was rooting for the Bengals. But damn…that Rams Ring looks beautiful, colorful, and amazing. Palm trees and a fully colored Rams logo. Take the top off and you have Raymond James Stadium made with real turf from the game and a piece of a Super Bowl 56 football. Absolute straight fire.

Nobody picked the Bengals to make it to the Super Bowl at the beginning of the year. The Rams were one of the favorites right from the get go even before they payed OBJ and Von Miller. The Rams were definitely the better team, but the Bengals should be proud putting up a fight against such a loaded SuperTeam. Either way it was a good game although some bad officiating made parts of the game pretty aggravating.
This could be the best NFL season in history, every single playoff game was a nail biter and the Super Bowl was the first close one in a while, incredible!

Why does nobody mention pass interference call that wasn’t pass interference on #55 that gave the rams the chance to win the Super Bowl? I like the Rams and wanted Stafford to finally get a ring, but neither play was the right call or no call.
Rams D secured the win for LA. This game is a performance that the defense, especially Aaron Donald, can reflect back on and admire their efforts. Great world championship win for the Rams! Makes up for the missed facemask call earlier I suppose... but the refs have to stop deciding the outcome of huge plays at the end of games like this... Solid game either way! Was nice to see some fresh faces, and old guys like OBJ, Whitford, and Stafford finally grab their well-earned rings.

This game teaches us a lot. First you have to take a risk: Rams traded lots and lots of draft picks for a NOW team; the Bengals chose Chase and reached the Super Bowl with the LSU duo. Congratulations to those involved!

I watched Stafford for 12 years in Detroit, season tickets for 4 years, never thought he was the problem, unlike a lot of my friends. So proud of him , seeing him prove so many people wrong, and to do it in his first season out of Detroit. Unbelievable!
As a Packers fan I knew he was legit. He can be a bit reckless with the ball but his ability to power the ball down field makes him so dangerous, especially with Kupp, Woods, Obj, etc that act as versatile weapons to utilize his gunslinger ability. Deserved a ring 100%, he deserved it second to AD in my opinion, but that's just because he's literally the best defensive player of the 21st century and top 10 all time at this point. He singlehandedly ended that game for L.A. and it just made me so happy to see him emotionally expressing how much the win meant to him. But yeah Stafford has a powerful and accurate arm, and when he limits his bad quick decisions, he plays like a borderline top 5 QB. Good for him. Also, Chase is gonna be an all time great if him and Burrow stay healthy. He's a monster and he's already playing like a veteran. He's gonna be so hard to stop for years to come. (Hopefully)

It was a great game and closer then I would of liked but to blame the refs is actually crazy.
This had to have been one of the greatest NFL seasons I have ever seen. Super unpredictable, multiple close games, prime time games living up to the hype, multiple OT games, players making history, Brady and Big Ben retiring (not that it's something to be happy about, just celebrating their careers), the Bengals winning their first playoff game in 33 years, Carr making his first playoff appearance after nearly a decade in the league, many playoff upsets, and a very unpredictable Super Bowl matchup (also Stafford finally winning in the playoffs and getting a ring). I'm sure I missed many other factors from this season that helped make it so special, but man I really loved this season from start to finish. Until next year!

What a Hollywood ending and a playoff run that will be in legends. The Rams went in playing their hearts out each game. We dominated the Cardinals, defeated Brady, won against our biggest rival in the nfc championship, and we played the Super bowl at our own stadium and won it. As for the players where do I even start. Stafford in one year with the rams won the super bowl, had the 3rd highest passing yards of this season, and got injured in the super bowl and never gave up. Kupp having the highest receiving and receptions in NFL wide receiver histor, being Super Bowl MVP, Triple Crown winner, and Offensive Player of the Year. Btw he did that in ONE season. Aaron Donald finally got his ring, had amazing stats this year, was a team leader for the defense, and is still in his prime. Whitworth went out with a colossal BANG. Fought his old team in the super bowl and won, performed amazingly, won man of the year. Van Jefferson had his kid on the day of the super bowl and won. He named his kid Champ. Taylor Rapp proposed to his girlfriend on the Super Bowl. Eric Weddle came back stronger than ever and won a ring with us. Von Miller helping our already godlike defense to be near impenetrable and he won his second ring. I could go on, but im so proud of this team and happy to be a Rams fan since 2016. Most playoff games were out of a movie. This was one of the best Superbowls in the 21st century, and there have been so many great ones. We got the game we wanted, a close game with exciting plays, decent scoring but good defense, likeable teams and players, and a wonderful and suspenseful ending that had you glued to the screen. Sucks there was some weird ref ball/penalties, but I think the better team won. The Rams played better and were more deserving, (my best friend loves the Rams so I was rooting for them anyway) but I know the Bengals will be back. Great great game. Cooper Kupp had one of the best single seasons of all time by a wide receiver. Triple Crown winner, Offensive POY, continued to be very productive and clutch throughout the playoffs, and capped it off with Super Bowl MVP. Him and Stafford put the team on their back that last drive just like they did that last drive to beat the Bucs. Unreal.

I would half to agree except for one thing I saw while watching the game, The Rams might of cheated there way to victory, because if you saw the Rams wanting a flag and they never get it twice actually throughout the quarters and at the very final quarter, the Rams won only because of favoritism from the Referees and they aren’t allowed to do that, the 1st time one of the Cincinnati Bangles tried to knock it away and you’re allow to do that and they kept making the rams get closer and closer to the goal line and there wasn’t anything the defense Cincinnati could do. Nobody picked the Bengals to make it to the Super Bowl at the beginning of the year. The Rams were one of the favorites right from the get go even before they payed OBJ and Von Miller. The Rams were definitely the better team, but the Bengals should be proud putting up a fight against such a loaded SuperTeam. Either way it was a good game although some bad officiating made parts of the game pretty aggravating.

The fact that a 3.5 hour game can be condensed into 16 minutes, without really skipping much in terms of play, is kind of wild.

Why does nobody mention pass interference call that wasn’t pass interference on #55 that gave the rams the chance to win the Super Bowl? I like the Rams and wanted Stafford to finally get a ring, but neither play was the right call or no call.
As a lion’s fan watching stafford all these years I’m glad he was able to play for a team that was able to make it to the Super Bowl. He deserves it.

Rams D secured the win for LA. This game is a performance that the defense, especially Aaron Donald, can reflect back on and admire their efforts. Great world championship win for the Rams!
