How to reactivate or update the details in old DIN number which was registered in 2014 probably pls?

How do you get the other person's DSC on the form? After we sign the DSC send the same to the concerned person for his DSC and after he also signs, upload the same for processing payment? OR is there any other method? Please do guide. Thanks, JSK

Actually maine new DSC banaya and dir 3 fill Kiya but jab mai upload kr raha hu to usne error show ho raha hai.
Kunki applicant me maine jo new director hai unka sign kr diya lekin uske niche maine apna sign Kiya. And error show ho raha hai ki - DSC is not registered with jo mera DIN hai.
