Hi there! If we complete city registration and then we move to a different location in another one month, then we have to do city registration for the new address, right? In this case, is it recommended to wait till I move in to the new place and start the city registration process?
You have to do new city registration indeed. Ofcourse first move into your new place then do the process.

मेरे बेटे का जर्मनी में dit University में एडमिशन आया है पर वीजा लेट मिल रहा है और वहा पर 14मार्च को क्लास शुरू हो जाएगी ऑनलाइन और 1 अप्रैल से ऑफ लाइन शुरू हो जाएगी but वीजा उस समय तक नही मिल पाएगा तो क्या यदि लेट वीजा मिलेगा तो क्या University में एडमिशन हो जायेगा बेटा प्लीज मेरी हेल्प कीजिए

By mistake, I paid an extra amount to expatrio adding the tuition fee to it but after reading the embassy checklist I got to know that the tuition fee should be the part of some unblocked deposit. What should I do now ?

For bachelor in Germany u need 13 year of education in India either you can do one year of bachelor in India or you can do one year studienkolleg course in Germany in order to start your first year of bachelor in Germany.
