And then, after i attempted my last free real race attempt, i got no new best real race time again. But i didn't accept this. And so, after i rushed my 1st extra real race attempt, my new best real race time was 1 minute, and 6.5 seconds (1:06.5)

Nope. You can get into Tier 2 with 1 Star itself. No need to 2 Star.
