Hey i agree alot with this video i personally feel this way i also have depression and social anxiety. I dont really ever leave my house much or talk to anyone and feel like there isnt much point of my existence but when i started building gunpla a couple of months ago i really enjoyed it. Spending hours building something and then having the end result be a really nice looking model i kind of felt proud that i could atleast do something even though that is silly i guess

Hey there! Thank you so much for sharing! I am glad you got into building and it has given you some joy. One thing I always say to people about their finished build is to really take it all in. Admire what you've just created with your own two hands and some plastic.
Then I tell people, if you are capable of doing THIS, what ELSE are you capable of doing? Keep that kit as your reminder that you ARE capable and I encourage you to find out what you want to apply that capability to! Another fascinating topic! Having a purpose and use creativity to help achieve this purpose is one of the key for living a meaningful life. With my wife we are part of a local group of citizens taking care of three small public parks in our neighborhood. A friend of my wife volunteers to distribute meals to homeless people. Everyone can contribute, big or small, it does not matter. It’s still a purpose, a mean to give meaning to our life and to help the community we live in.
