    Nice...would have been better if EFFORTS made in construction of the dam and principles of science made use by the King in laying the foundation of the pillars on the alluvial sand with ever flowing water on the river without any dam upstream ...the mortar used for the binding of the base stones ..
    And also a little more visuals on the branching off five rivers...

    Indians should stop using the english's pronunciation of our cities' and area's names. It's Tiruchirappalli/Tiruchi, and not Trichy. :(
    Your videos are very informative and well shot. One suggestion from my end is that, please continue to use the original names of the places you visit rather than using the english pronunciations. Maybe you can mention the English pronunciation once or twice, but if you use the original names of the places you visit and shoot, tourists would know the original area names, just like how they get to know the history of these places! :)
    As most of the places are named after some historical event or happening, these native language names carry the history and culture too.

      Not just with out cement, they built in running water
      Still in use and first and oldest dam in the world
