- I work and lived in UAE for 5 years, then i moved to Malta for almost 3 years snd now im almost 4 years in Netherlands.
I moved to Netherlands and got my residence permit under partner or spouse permit and its valid for 5 years that allows me to work freely without the need of work permit.

Hello Trisha, recently I got employer in netherland but currently working in malta there is no embassy here I spoke with netherland foreign affairs they said submit embassy in Italy but once I submit my passport how can i come back malta?

You cannot change Malta work permit to become a permit to other eu. You must apply a separate permit in that eu countru you wish to work. Malta permit is just for your Malta employer. It has no use to other eu country for employment.
