I already applied here in Taiwan thru agency for working visa permits, unfortunately the German embassy reject my application and stop the application due according to them the my employer must have a permit from Germany government that allows them to hire foreign workers ( non eu) sadly my employer told me wala n sa silang magawa. Huhu
Job application process to other eu country Is not easy, some eu doesnt issue work permits to non-eu nationals, and they only prefer workers that are eu national or any people that is exempted to work permit. Plus language is required at some eu countries. Malta, Portugal, Poland are some of the eu that issue work permit to non-eu applicants.

Working in malta has 1 month probation which allows you to transfer ny employer within probation amd also ur employer has rights to terminate u within probation so its both of has rights, after probation you musta finish your contract, moving to other eu doesnt need to pass immigration as its boarder free to other eu pls watch my videos about moving to other eu i explained there all po. For the longest period I have stayed 7 months in 2017-2018 for my internship in a Restaurant in the Netherlands as I have done four years course of Bachelor in Hospitality/Hotel management in Nepal. Now coming to the point, My query is if I want to work over here or even in the same restaurant where I had my internship and stay here then is it possible to get work permit and resident permit? how can I do that and what will be process of that? At the moment I am in the Netherlands and will stay about 3 months ( June-August). In my case I am already in the Netherlands on visit visa so if any companies / restaurant where I had my 7 months internship (2017-2018) gives me work contract then do I need resident permit? Are they legally allowed to give work contract to me?
It’s a Restaurant situated on countryside/ Friesland so they may not have so much idea to apply for work permit or they may think it’s too much work. Do you have any idea how tough will the process be?

As per new rule if fully vacinated no need quarantine as long as vaccine is recognized in malta, pcr must be 72hrs prior to departure

Internship is different from working fulltimr so they must apply a work permit for you, or else u cant work legally
