No there was no microwave provided in the room,
One of the staff members was really friendly and took us to a small staff kitchen area on the 5th floor to use the microwave

Roughly 2-3 miles
Depending on terminal

I don't think there was a shuttle bus provided by the hotel. However, there is a hotel service which allows you to use the public buses to terminals free of charge
