He seems great I hope hes not complicated to play I just cant use those types of champs like tigra and so on it sucks he needs the high sig as well the 7* will be useless for a long while
You didn't gain as many charges against IMIW because he reduces the potency of power drain for each armor up he has, Prowler should gain more charges against power efficiency in most cases.

Yeah i realised, but the charges gained should be more than 23, it feels strange to me overall but at least we know it should still work on power e
