Attempting to recreate the Up house | Sims 4 Speed Build | No CC

I saw penthouses and my mind immediately went to a suburban build....I can't help the way I am. It's my nature.
This house was sp small yet so challenging. It has more roof pieces than rooms.
I had a ton of fun recreating this build so let me know what else I should try to recreate, and I would be happy to attempt it. I make no promises as to how it will turn out though!
