HeyWelcomeToMyWorld brother, i have SA myself. It destroyed my university life, had to drop out for two years because I had panic attacks and full on sweat on my face in lecture rooms and classes. I still suffer from it, and if you’re on Reddit, I can even show you theposts ive made about it on my profile. Not gonna be them guys that bullshit about yeah I got cured when I went and did this blah blah but what’s helped me so far is pushing my boundaries. I used to be scared to sit on a packed bus now now I’m very calm. What helped was letting the anxiety feeling rise up inside my body, let it take its time to scan around your mind etc once it realises it’s been allowed to scan (instead of fighting it off) it calmly and cooly goes away because it knows there’s no real threat. When you fight and fidget around, you get more panicky. I’m still not brave enough to flirt , still not had success in anything more past small talk and friendly chat. Only just started the escape out of the fucking pit. All we can do is fight bro, was prescribed to propanolol that shit didn’t help at all.
