Good Morning Don, great request Ms. Linda. Love Heather and love a good Nashville rant. Heather wrote this one herself and truer words were never spoken. Again thanks for the request Linda and your fair and honest reaction/rating Don.---#UTRCM
This lady is at the top of my country artist list, she has lots of good country songs. ❤❤❤
Great singer........remember Heather from the HighTone Records days!
I loved a lot of the High tone Record artist.---#UTRCM
@@mikebarnett9012 Jimmie Dale Gilmore comes to mind as he released his first solo albums with HighTone in the late 1980s. He's a favorite of mine among Texas "alternative country" artists.
Dale Watson also started out on Hightone. Another less famous band on the label that I personally like is Big Sandy and the Fly write Boys. Hope you're having a good afternoon. P.S. I also love Jimmie Dale.---#UTRCM
@@mikebarnett9012 Dale and Big Sandy are great artists!
Super song, I love a good song about how Nashville has pooched itself! As a side note to your comments about steel guitar - it's interesting that Fender (most famous in Country Music for the Telecaster) actually started in the 1940's making steel guitars, since western swing was popular at the time. Fender was key in developing the pedal steel, which they started out by bolting two lap steel guitars together. The idea was to have two different tunings available the same time. It's also interesting that this version of the steel actually got a giant boost in popularity from a pop song "Sleep Walk" by Santo and Johnny. And I still have the original vinyl of that record! Thanks Don for the great reaction!!
With her, you know you'll go country! 😁🤠👌
LoVe this song it's country
she's one of my favorites, been following hher since her first album
Love it thanks for the request and reaction
Heather Myles has a lot of good music out
Thanks for the reaction. I don't think I have all that knowledge you attribute to me. I look a thing up on the spot if I want to know it. I don't listen to new music. I don't watch award shows. People I liked when they were new changed to music I don't like. I heard a lot of songs on the public radio station I was listening to while I was getting ready for work 20 years ago. I taped many of them not even knowing who they were. I don't know half as much as others that comment. I just like what I like. 😊
Don't try to sell yourself short, yes you make occasionally look things up, you still have a pretty phenomenal memory of songs you have heard and you also have pretty good taste in music also!!!---#UTRCM
@@mikebarnett9012 Thank you for the kind words. You always seem to know a lot about things. Glad you have returned.
