    It's interesting to see the change and how they did it back then, its strange seeing Matlock like that how it used to be when I see it quite often

    Can't be 1966 as it's got a E suffix reg plate, E reg was issued from Jan 1967 until the end of July 67.

      Didn't the registrations start on the 1st of August?

    Why has it got a reg plate on it ???

      It may be because it was working along public roads putting down sewage and water gas ect lines, In Ireland by right your meant to have a registration plate on a tracked excavator and a tax disc in the windscreen, alot of machines wouldn't have it because it's not heavily enforced,
