    I’ve got a townhome like Gustavos with very similar layout . 2 story , 2 bedroom , 1 1/2 bath , 2 car garage , but we’ve got our own back yard big enough to put a pool for my 2 kids and plant a vegetable garden plus I’ve got a full laundry room . Other tenants pay $800 but my hubby mows the small yard in the front of the building so we pay $650 . It’s a very nice complex that is nicely maintained. It’s not a hip city but living in the middle of Cow Town USA 🐄 has its benefits.

You've got viewers all over the world and nearly no other country uses square feet and it's honestly not much of an effort to convert it while producing a video. Oh, I forgot to mention it's also 8.25 acres of land. We have out buildings, too. A shed for tools/lawnmowers, a garage (for my hubby's classic car project), and a shop up the road that's just a big building. The people we bought it from had operated a garage out of it.

    I can't believe the prices in some cities. My husband and I have a 3 bed/1 bath apartment in Pittsburgh for little over $1000 a month and yeah, it has a dishwasher.

      well, it is pittsburgh..it's a boring city and you have nothing to do when you want to go outside. also, LA and NYC are expensive compared to all other cities in the world.
      for example, I live in Sao Paulo and pay 190$ rent for a 3 bedroom house.

      It's the average rent in LA. I live near LAX in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment and pay $1960 a month. You can't live in Los Angeles without a roommate.

      @helenaramirez-watson9885 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nicolebaxley6367 I think it depends on the building and when you moved in. I've been in my apartment for 5 years, so the rent increase is creeping up. Plus its an old building on the Inglewood border (right across from the 99 cent store). My last apartment was the same price for a studio but it was in the apartment complex across from Otis.

    Living in Los Angeles must be a total nightmare what with is going on down there! Yikes! As a toddler, i and my family used to live in Palos Verdes, which at the time was a working man's neighborhood. I understand it is now a gated, very exclusive area, tho. The rental cost is unbelievable in LA, currently! No way!
