If he is so clean he should follow the legal recourse and then if clean, can sue the authorities who cleared the search order. Recently, the Bombay High Court, in a case, has punished an Income tax assessing officer for procedural lapses. He too can get to the neck of the officers making this decision. Search and survey orders rarely comes from government. It's a process where a hierarchy of officers have to be satisfied that an assessee is culprit of hiding some income. Then only approvals are given. And such orders doesn't come from the government.

Poor remained poor even after 60years of independence people were working under schemes like MNREGA... And the so called forth pillar of democracy media(which pretends to be liberal and intellectual but actually biased/Anti National) has always kept making the population fool over the years... Did their part along with the previous UPA government at the center in ruining the nation that now some of these people are among the most powerful persons of the state...so, its uncomfortable for them that this system is being stopped and they are not getting the royalty they used to get so trying their level best to get back what they are losing... Government isn't scared of them they are scared of getting exposed...lose their ground...but they have forgotten the fact the in today's world it's impossible to fool people...!!!
