I am currently in my 2nd year of my Robert M’Cheyne’s reading plan. Reading the Bible yearly has been amazing. Any plan you choose will be beneficial if you stick with it!
I'm very excited to try this Bible plan again - with Pastor John. I'm sure, with his amazing insight and God's blessing, I will be more successful this time. Happy new year to you all.

Matthew 4:12-17( Jesus(😊1st❤) begins his ministry❤) "12 Now when he heard that John had been arrested, he withdrew into Galilee. 13 And leaving Nazareth he went and lived in Capernaum by the sea, in pthe territory of Zebulun and Naphtali, 14 so that what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah might be fulfilled: 15" The land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, the way of the sea, beyond the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles( :) ) - 16 the people dwelling in darkness has been seen :) a great light, (remembering John 8:12Jesus😊1st❤) and for those dwelling in the region and " Shadow of death, on them a light(Jesus😊1st❤) has dawned." 17 From that time Jesus(😊1st❤) began to preach(❤), saying, " Repent for( because) the kingdom of heaven is at hand."( Matthew 4:12-17 ESV ) Jesus😊1st❤ said in quotes in Matthew 4:17b "... Galatians 2:21 "21 I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were through the law, then Christ( Jesus😊1st❤) died for no purpose."( Galatians 2:21 ESV) Galatians 2:15-21( Justified by faith( trust in Jesus😊1st❤) ) In the Bible, Paul in Christ is a Jew and just like Jesus😊1st❤ was born in a Jewish family too in Christ. Galatians 2:15-21( Justified by faith( trust in Jesus😊1st❤) ) "15 We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentiles sinners; 16 yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but(😊❤) through faith( or trust) in Jesus(😊1st❤) Christ( Jesus😊1st❤) , so we also have believed in Christ Jesus(😊1st❤) , in order to be justified by faith( trust in Jesus😊1st❤) in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified. 17 But if, in our endeavor to be justified in Christ, we too were found to be sinners, is Christ then a servant of sin? It is no longer I who live, but(😊❤) Christ(Jesus😊1st❤) who lives in me( Paul in Christ). And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith( or trust in Jesus😊1st❤ or just like Hebrews 11:1-40( by faith or it reminds me also by faith from Abraham's faith to God too in Christ. Scriptures inspires from my reading in Christ. Galatians 3:13 "13 Christ(Jesus😊1st❤) redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us( on the cross) - for it is written, " Cursed is everyone who hanged on a tree."- "( Galatains 3:13 ESV). So Jesus had died so we who trust in him can live by faith in Jesus(Jesus😊1st❤). In Jesus'name, i pray( Galatians 2:15-21( Justified by faith( trust in Jesus😊1st❤) ) ; Galatians 2:21; Galatians 3:13-14 "13 Christ(Jesus😊1st❤) redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us - for it is written, " Cursed is everyone who hanged on a tree."- 14 So that in Christ(Jesus😊1st❤) Jesus(😊1st❤) the blessing of Abraham(😊❤) might come to the Gentiles(non Jew), so that we might receive the promise Spirit( 😊❤) through faith( trust in Jesus😊1st❤)."( Galatains 3:13-14 ESV) in Jesus'name, i pray( Galatians 5:22-23😊 ❤) Amen. May God restore those who are hurting now and may Jesus heal them all. In Jesus'name, i pray( Isaiah 53:5❤; James 5:14-15❤) ). Amen.
It sounds like it’s a good idea. I hope it goes well for everyone. Personally, I want to read chunks of scripture this year, so will not be following with you. But I wish you well.
The non-erotic love and intimacy and spiritual beauty of men and women in heaven will be better than erotic love and intimacy. The non-revealing clothed beauty of men and women in heaven will be adequate for the enjoyment of each other's physical appearance. Our heavenly bodies will not have holy erotic desires or reproductive abilities. Men and women do not marry or remain married to each other there. On earth, it is okay for an unmarried person to look at and touch his or her own naked body because that person is one person. Only when they are married can they see and touch each other's nakedness because they become one flesh. In the marriage to God, men and women together form one wife of Jesus, the Heavenly Father, and the Holy Spirit, all Who form One Triune God. However, we will not see or touch the nakedness of other men and women in heaven even though we are one body of the wife of God because we will be wearing white linen to be righteous. Nakedness and the showing of certain areas of the body would still be shameful and wrong even within the marriage to God. So unlike earthly marriage, the heavenly marriage does not involve or permit nakedness and the showing of certain parts of the body even though we will not have erotic desires and even though we will not have sinful desires. So the heavenly marriage is like an earthly marriage where the husband and wife never see or touch certain areas of each other's bodies or those areas of themselves. It is like it being shameful and wrong for my hand and eyes never touching or seeing my penis or buttocks even though all six parts are parts of one body. Only the unrepentant sinners will be naked when they are judged and sent to hell to have their skin burned with fire and infested with worms consciously forever. So there is something that God does not like about nakedness and showing too much skin even though the marriage to Him is the ultimate marriage. Whatever sacredness that nakedness and the showing of certain areas of the body may have once had will no longer be there and it will only be shameful and unrighteous. Only the non-erotic love and intimacy, spiritual beauty, and non-revealing clothed beauty will be in heaven and become better, which are the same things that you can enjoy within or outside of earthly marriage, with the same or opposite sex, and with an unlimited amount of people anywhere anytime.
