10:15 you are correct Paul, its a largemouth. The red bar next to the eye and the fin structure near the tail is a giveaway. Its got a gap between the Dorsal fin and the tail which forms a "Saddle", hence the common term for the Large mouth as a "Saddle Tail" Snapper.
Watching your videos as a kid.... I used to get so excited at the thought of catching fish that you do. Hearing that theme song. Seeing those fish. It was to be one of my biggest dreams. And now that I get to do it regularly, I can relive the excitement felt back when I was a kid. Still, I get so excited watching your videos, even as an adult!
I love days like that up at hinchinbrook, weather has been blowing it's arse off lately. Got some cane drain barra with the recent rain plus a few reefies out near the islands on octojigs.
