10:30 Answer- the rotor can never reach the speed of rotating field, if it did then there Would be no relative speed b/w rotor and rotating field, hence no induced rotor current therefore there's no torque produced to drive rotor,,,then friction n windage will slow down the motor...

Slip 0 ho gaya to koi relative motion nahi hoga, to koi eddy current develop nahi hoga to rotor rest pe rahega lekin yadi rotor rest pe ho gaya to relative motion bhi hoga....
