    Fantastic sir, by adding external resistance in the slip ring type induction motor can increase the power factor. 😊

    sable alag explanation bhai, or sabse logical
    but ye bataiye mera doubt ye haiki,
    hum jab rortor me resistance lagate hai to, rotor me current ko aane se rokte hai, matlab current kum aa raha hai, par torqe ko drive karne k liye current chahiye n???, agar toque badh raha hai matlab load badh raha hai, or agar load badhega tab current apne aap badhega. pr hum resistance laga k current ko rok de rahe hain.
    or baki jitne youtubers ka video dekh raha hon, wo log keh rahe hai, resistance jyada hone se current kum hoga jisse torque badhega jispe mujhe thoda v vishwas nhi ho raha

      Bro, Actually adding external resistance to increase the torque in the starting condition only not always. So, when motor will run as it's full speed the external resistance will be terminated.😊

    I have a doubt, If we apply external resistance then it will limit the rotor's current (by ohms law) which will further reduce the torque.🤔

      ohms law work in some condition..

    • @bandiarun8662
      @bandiarun8662 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are right. When we add external resistance rotor current will decrease and power factor will increase till some value of resistance i.e., r2=x2. Untill r2=x2 the decrement of cirrent is less than increase in power factor so total power will increase. But when r2 is increased more than x2 the total power will decrease.

    • @patelbhavik4466

      Final conclusion is resistance increase then torque also increase with rotor sleepring

    How much power factor increases, that means higher limit.
    Also only p.f. is sufficient to increase the torque or any other parameter variations required.
    Thank you very much

    nice explanation cos0==1 multiplying factor!. voltage current in phase or current following closely with voltage will absorb energy faster hence produce more torque, also lesser heating due to copper losses in winding.Heat always weakens magnetic field!. Divert heat to resistance than copper winding!.

    sir, rotor circuit me resistance add karne se power factor improve hoga but sath hi rotor current I2 decrease hoga. please explain.

    • @shashikant79
      @shashikant79 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Adding resistance is used only for starting. Later this additional resistance is not applied or removed during normal running.

    • @bandiarun8662
      @bandiarun8662 ปีที่แล้ว

      Product of I2 and powerfactor will increase by adding resistance till r2=x2 because increase in power factor is more than decrease in current

    galactic cosmic rays attracted to cooler stator windings. Cosmic rays help increase magnetic flux hence torque. Same galactic cosmic rays cool poles, solar cosmic rays heat equator. Both solar and galactic cosmic rays oppose eachother. same reason earth poles have high magnetic field.

    • @bandiarun8662

      Yes we are wasting, thats why we have to cutoff the resistance after acceleration period
