Hey man, nice job. I was wondering about doing the same thing, but i cant figure out how to do the electronics.. Is there any way to get better discription what was done? also what is the final gear ratio? Thanks

Esta perfecta esa reforma... Pero debes cambiar el volante x uno de mayor diámetro, igual a uno real y estaría perfecto todo.. saludos.

The booster is 24VDC/14.5 amps/350 watts? Did you have to modify the circuit board to handle the higher amperage and wattage? I used a power supply that is 24VDC/6.25 amps/150 watts without modifying the circuit board and wire harness from the stock power supply is 18 AWG that can handle up to 7 amps.

Can you notice the difference as ive heard it doesnt change the feedback strength

FLYFISHO increased voltage will change speed increased amps will make motors more torquey

surely you must have put in another circuit to power another motor. could you inform this circuit wiring diagram?

Forces are really strong and smooth. Counter steer is quick because of the belt drive. Overall it's a huge improvement over stock G27. Every car feels different on this wheel.

Looks like the dead zone is gone.
I hate the slight dead zone where you can still steer but there is no force feedback.
From 11 o'clock to 1 o'clock it's really easy to turn with no resistance, then it kicks in after you turn past that.
Anyone know of a fix that's not as extreme as this.
    Or is this normal anyway?

+Ryan M Dead zone is almost gone. I had the logitech slider at 107%.

You should send a mail and ask. It's been couple of years since I made the wheel. Hopefully he still has the chematics.

I do not understand how you did it for centering because you can not see it. Where does the steering wheel stop at the end of its rotation degrees ??? Good, good job. Hello
